It had been two years since our previous stay at this super friendly, quiet and relaxing Park. Do yourself a favour and book - you won't be disappointed. Caretakers Bernadette and David are a generous, genuine couple who support local arts & crafts as well as the Royal Flying Doctor Service. Beautiful hand knits; rugs; cushions; knitted headbands etc are...

Very impressed with this park. The manager, David is a fantastic host and could not have been more helpful in showing us around the park. The sites are large and well grassed and easy to get on to. Well organised " happy hour" around the campfire get's everybody involved.

A great place for a stopover or a few days, David and Bernadette, the owners are so friendly and even though we were the only ones stopping that night put a happy hour with nibbles etc on for us. Also it had been the cheapest van park we've stopped at on this trip. Highly recommended.

Don't see that much in these parts, grass that feels like a carpet under your feet. This owner run campground is very nice. The kitchen/entertainment/happy hour shed is rich in homey feeling. They have a Happy Hour every nite at five so don't be late. Showers and toilet block super clean. And what they don't advertise is the town pool...

Only a very small town however this Caravan park is a great asset for attracting tourists to town. There are no concrete sites but it is fairly well grassed. The amenities are old but spotlessly clean. The camp kitchen is well set up and includes a pizza oven. There is also a large fire pit that becomes the focal point...

Stayed for 4 nights, Bernadette and David are wonderful, only too helpful. Do an amazing roast in camp ovens for wed and sunday nights. With Robo and his wife helping the caravan park runs very smoothly. Will certainly come again.

We stayed in one of the villas at the Caravan Park. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Our villa was clean and roomy with a very effective heater which saved us from a cold night. The accommodation was very good value. We liked this small town and the surrounding area.

We have just left Gulargabone after an amazing stay. Bernie and David go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasurable one. Roast nights Sunday and Wednesday, soup and damper Monday and Thursday, damper or pizza daily at happy hour around the camp fire pit that burns all day.the biggest and best camp kitchen cum eating area all undercover....

We only stayed one night but this park is worth a visit. The facilities are small but very clean, the sites are big and the dinner cooked in the campfire was excellent! The town itself is not doing so well but the park is a good stopover on the way to Queensland.

The moment we arrived we were welcomed by the owner and he was very accommodating, big sites, great camp kitchen and fire pit, kids big and small enjoyed the farm animals and the amenities are well kept. It's also a great small town to explore.
