As a family we've stayed here many times and it's always clean and quiet. The staff are always fabulous. Tonight Andrea from reception has gone out of her way to get us plates, cutlery, wines glasses and extra duvets. (All with a friendly smile!) Highly recommend

We stayed for one night. The room was spacious and clean. It was a warm night, there is no air-con but there was a fan. Heater for colder nights. There was a TV, hanging space in the wardrobe, a desk and two chairs. The lighting in the main part of the room could be better. It was fine in the bathroom and by the beds & desk but to read in the chair I had to sit by the window in daylight. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. All Covid requirements were met. There is a breakfast box to purchase if you wish, tea & coffee in the room. Subway and Gregs are next door but if you need an evening meal you could go a little way up the A34 northbound to the MIller & Carter or get a take-away. Only 30 mins of free wifi.

After booking at George Hotel and it being absaloutely horrendous, we booked 2 rooms at this travelodge. Andrea, the lady at the front desk on the 11th and 12th September was absaloutely FANTASTIC!!!! She was so kind and so sweet, she gave us some take away menus that delivered to the travelodge as we were all starving, she was more than accommodating, telling us where the local garage was, Greg's, subways etc. Gave us plates and forks and glasses for our meals, super friendly lady and really helped cheer us up a little after a rubbish night! Thankyou Andrea! Youre an absaloute legend! We all really appreciate what you did for us! 5 star just for andrea 😁😁😁😁

I would highly recommend , lots of free parking and set back off a main road so nice and quiet. There is a Greggs and Subway 1 min walk away , ideal for a brekkie or snack. The lady receptionist is lovely, very welcoming and friendly , always on hand if you need anything like I did, forgot my hairdryer and she gave me a wine glass for my wine if an evening. She even asked how our day had been when we returned from trips out which was nice, friendly staff make a place . Rooms are basic but clean and have all you need . Cheap and cheerful and I would Defo recommend to anyone, great location if ur visiting Alton towers. We done bits in stoke and also travelled to Liverpool oneday so the location was perfect for us , would definitely stay again in the future. We spent 3 nts here in a family room . No problems at all

Myself and my boyfriend went to stoke on Trent for the weekend, it was great for what we needed, we needed somewhere to stay overnight. It was clean, the staff were helpful and the bed was very comfortable. However there were not many places near by meaning we lacked things to do in our free time, it was very quiet. However with it not being far from Alton Towers and Trentham Monkey Zoo it was perfect for getting to our detonations. We also had a 5 minute walk for an amazing meal at Miller and Carter, and there is also a small shopping centre near by
