The location is beautiful with a spectacular view of the valley and the hills. The kindness of the personnel outstanding and genuine. The middle age historic building has been brought back to modern life needs while preserving the authentic Umbrian style with a touch of venetian elegance. Delicious meal prepared with love by the owner who spent time by our...

This is a lovely pale to spend an evening. The rooms are dressed, in an antique style but are comfortable and have modern bathrooms. The restaurant is well priced and offers a good menu. Staff are delightful and are keen to help. There is a lift if you can't manage the stairs in the hotel. There is good private parking,...

We have been here several time. A good base to explore the surrounding Umbrian towns, driving around an amazing country side. And in the evening returning for a good dinner here. And a safe car park. The rooms are all nicely decorated. And being in this tiny tower in a small village give a special feeling. Very quite and silent....

It I tucked away in a little medieval hamlet, and is beautifully run by the owner Rosary Pecoraro.very atmospheric, romantic and really clean. Added bonus is the owners beautiful dog! You can eat inside or outside in Summer. Food is really delicious, a little more sophisticated than normal, and the...

Amazing place in a ancient tiny tower of a walled village. Few rooms but all well decorated, with all facilities, clean and comfortable. The whole place is very carefully and tastefully embellished with painting and antiques. You feel at home as soon you enter the small living room- reception. After safely parking the car (traffic free access road) Since few...

We had a beautiful room with exposed wooden beams. The shower was terrific with a strong stream of hot water. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options and the best bacon omelette I've ever had. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Rosary from whom I parted with a hug inviting her to...

This property is literally a 1,000 castle, lovingly redone by Rosary the owner and proprietress. Our two story suite (Family Apartment) included a living room and 1/2 bath downstairs and two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. It was charming, clean and comfortable. And, the food: get ready for a breakfast that will knock your socks off. It was both delicious...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, it was recommended to us by a friend who was getting married nearby. Although we weren't here for long, it was an enjoyable stay. The room was clean and nicely decorated (although a little on the small side), we had our own little balcony with a table and 2 chairs (I don't...

Great attention has been given to the comfort and decor of the rooms and restaurant. Rosary was amazing - we arrived late, after the restaurant closed, but Rosary, graciously seated us and prepared the most amazing dinner.
