Nice and clean (not mouldy/no fungies) cabins. Great food and friendly hosts. We really appreciated Jake's night walk where he showed us turtles and katfish, eel and jungle pearch and plenty of different frogs etc etc

We loved the setting of our rainforest trip. We spent two night at the lodge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was all fantastic. Unfortunately the Cassowary's weren't to be seen but the white lipped frogs are wonderful.

It was our second visit (first in 2005) and even greater than we remembered it. The cabins are fantastic, the rainforest is so special and wonderful but especially Mel and Jake were absolutely great, a lot of fun, wonderful guides on the night walk, the most excellent cooks - perfect hosts. Keep in touch guys! Britta and Reinhard

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had a poor experience in the Daintree Eco Lodge & Spa the night before and so were a little worried if that was going to be the standard. No need. The cabins are accessed via a raised boardwalk and are spacious, clean and attractively decorated. The bathroom is modern, stylish and very...

Our family, Mum, Dad and 16 year old daughter stayed here in late July (winter in Queensland) for 5 days. Just 7 wooden, spacious "cabins", each privately hidden amongst the rainforest, in chic, minimalist style with excellent bathrooms gave a "boutique" feel. Ben and occasionally Jake cooked imaginative food of a high standard and Mel mixed a mean cocktail! The...

A small number of nice cabins nestled apart in a beautiful rainforest. The best scenery you can buy with a great guided night walk available. Food was five star. The staff were fantastic - very hands on and welcoming. Special thanks go to Jake and Mel who went out of their way to make us welcome and then (when we...

Excellent place to stay in the Daintree Rainforest - a small number of cabins, each hidden away and connected by wooden walk-ways. Very welcoming staff and an excellent place to have dinner - you just need to order a few hours in advance for food!

Fantastic stay of four nights at these wonderful cabins nestled in the rainforest. The staff was super friendly and enthusiastic. They were only too happy to set up day trips or activities for us or make the necessary phone calls to modify previously arranged activities. The cabins were very well-kept and each one secluded from the others amid the dense...

This is the most charming resort. We felt like we had found an oasis. Loved every minute. Added to the charm and beauty of the daintier forest. Would go back again and again. Almost want to keep it as my own hide away. Staff were unbelievable. Gave us great advice on how to experience the daintree forest. We had the...

We spent two nights here and had a wonderful time. The cabins are surrounded by rainforest and linked to the main reception with board walks. This means that you get to experience all the sounds and smells and quite a few of the insects of the rainforest from the comfort of lovely timber-floored rooms. The room was nicely and appropriately...
