We stayed here while on a walking holiday through Upper Provence. The owner, Gilles was very helpful and cooked us some absolutely wonderful meals. The accommodation is very basic, but has a quirky charm. The region was in the middle of a heatwave so our room was a little hot, though a fan helped. We could open our window shutters...

For the third year in a row, a group of about a dozen astrophysicists from University College London have taken meals here while visiting l'Observatoire de Haute-Provence. We have found the service to be unfailingly courteous and efficient, and the meals are excellent. The atmosphere and decor are charming. The owners have gone out of their way, in the depths...

This is a bijoux gem of a hotel in a great location. The service is exemplary, the staff range from courteous and helpful to positively beaming with bonhomie. The rooms range in size, are always clean and with every amenity. For anyone interested in Hemingway, this was his area, and many of the local walks written on him are based...

That accompanied by a very good bottle of wine made...

We were cycle touring the Luberon region and decided to stay in this lovely town near the observatories. The owners spoke both French and English (one of them was Scottish), which helped us out quite a bit. We had cycled a long way that day and when we arrived, they provided us immediately with a complimentary beer, which was much...

This is not a luxury hotel by any means, but equally we found nothing significant to complain about in our stay. The owners (one of whom is French, the other Scottish) are friendly, welcoming and efficient. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and have Wi-Fi, although there was a loose electric socket in ours. The food in the restaurant is...
