The hotel is new. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, children's playroom, bathhouse, sauna, spa.
The place is very beautiful. standard rooms are small. The room has a bathrobe, slippers, hygiene items, iron, hair dryer, mini bar, bottled water. ⠀
For breakfast there is a choice: 2 types of porridge, fried eggs, omelet, casserole, cold cuts, sausages, pastries. Coffee, juices, fruit drinks. You can order better coffee for 180₽. ⠀
In the restaurant, the dishes we ordered could be rated as good. The service at the hotel is good, but the restaurant does not have enough waiters, which means it takes a long time to take orders. I would like to note the work of the waiter who does an excellent job 👍 if I'm not mistaken, his name is Egor (with a beard). Service at its best, fast, precise, with a smile. Very nice! Thank you!

An unexpectedly luxurious hotel in the northern hinterland, built by the care and joy of Rosneft. Four stars with no hinterland discounts; and it's been a long time since I've seen such impeccable staff in our hotels ready to solve any problems you may have.
Construction continues, the area increases.
Near the pier where boats leave for the monastery on the island of Konevec. On days when large boats do not sail to the island, you can always conspire with local skippers for quite a reasonable fee (but only if the weather on the lake allows). Near the hotel is a gas station, of course Rosneft and a small Orthodox church.
However, attention should be paid to the upper floor balconies: although they are equipped for recreation, it is impossible to access them due to clogged birds.

...luxury accommodation. We stopped spontaneously. We planned to visit Konevets Island in one day and return back. But after looking into the hotel and getting acquainted with its infrastructure, we decided to stay overnight. During our vacation we visited: a sauna, a swimming pool, a gym - all included in the accommodation (of course not cheap), a bar and a restaurant. The food is delicious, the beer is expensive.
Lifehacks: 1. The nearest Magnit store is 20 km closer, but with a poor assortment and inconvenient opening hours - take alcohol with you. The dishes will be provided at the restaurant.
2. It’s better to take junior rather than standard. The room is more spacious and there is a kettle, minibar-fridge and coffee machine in the room. And the price is higher by 1 thousand rubles.
And of course with a view of the bay on the 5th floor!
3. If you light up the Rosneft card before departure, you will get 5% cashback points on it.
4.You can just hang out in the bathhouse or in the bungalow and barbecue area.
5. Excellent snacks and soups on a budget in the spacious and clean Kolos cafe at the Rosneft gas station.
We had a great time and stayed one more night.
Great holiday.

The hotel is very decent and beautiful, but only at first sight. You can see that a lot of Rosneft money has been invested in the infrastructure of this hotel, but the staff is ruining everything. It feels like young people have been recruited from the surrounding villages. The rooms are lovely, though small, but very cozy. The ground floor restaurant and the 6th floor bar are just disgusting. We came to celebrate our family anniversary, so we ruined the whole party. Waiters don't come to tables at all, sit on the phone or lock themselves in and don't respond to anything. Drinks we brought ourselves, food waited 1 hour and 40 minutes, after the scandal we got desserts, then hot and on top of snacks !!!! The food is delicious, but with this service the mood was completely ruined. Our friends, the day before, waited two hours for food and half the meals never came. So it wasn't a one-time event.
Breakfast is a separate song. A hotel this big has a very small restaurant, no tables available, no napkins, half the food trays empty. Waiters take away the dirty dishes at most, and not always everyone.
I do not recommend this holiday hotel.

+ Room stock is excellent: spacious, presentable, beautiful lake view, no foreign smells. Beautiful territory. Breakfasts are decent. The hotel kitchen loved it. Excellent spa specialist - delicate, sensitive, with understanding of body nuances.
- Main minus: no refunds have been made in 2 months, which occurred in the final settlement. There's no feedback except promises. A disastrous lack of respect and interest in customers, in maintaining a positive reputation. A very small swimming pool for such a large hotel - a simultaneous room is only possible for 7 people and by appointment. Bikes on site only - 600p per hour! Expenditures were replenished only upon request. Lowered the estimate to a minimum due to the refund situation and lack of interest in resolving the problem. I will not recommend a visit - alas!!!

A very pleasant, you might say, luxury hotel. The territory is developing. There are construction equipment, but there was no noise. It is very convenient to stop if you plan to travel to Konevec. The standard room seemed cramped (we took it because we needed two separate beds), I recommend taking a room with balcony or junior. There wasn't enough kettle in the room. Other than that, hard four stars. The friendly staff. You can go to the pool or even the spa. Pleasant terrace of the restaurant overlooking Ladoga in front of the hotel.

One of the most wonderful hotels for business meetings, training and relaxation. I simply recommend it to large companies! There are many halls of different formats, seating for more than 30 people. Conference rooms, active staff. And the most important thing!!!- The food from the chef is very tasty!

An excellent new hotel, built by Rosneft on the shores of Lake Ladoga. Located away from everything. The room has everything you need: cosmetics, bathrobe, slippers. Delicious, varied breakfast. From the bay you can go on an excursion to the monastery on Konevets Island, weather permitting.

Listen to the mess! We drove 2 hours to have a nice breakfast/dinner menu at the restaurant! Here we go.
The first thing the restaurant said was breakfast was over. Explained that they came by menu to eat. - DENIED!!! An excuse - they need to re-cover something. Called the receptionist - the restaurant had her too.
Sent somewhere.
There's hardly any more nonsense!!
The funny thing is, on the contrary, the gas station was so cozy and fed!! And delicious!!! And fast and mega friendly!!!

This is not the first time we have stayed in this hotel, but if last time there were small nuances in terms of accommodation and service, this time everything was just disgusting!
For starters, we had a two-bedroom suite booked, and when we checked in, our air conditioning just wasn't working. In the room, it was 30 degrees, and me and the little kid, naturally, we all got sick right away. We came to the reception at 6 p.m. asking for a specialist, and he didn't come to us until 8 p.m.🤦🏻‍♀️
Naturally, we had to open the window and the balcony to allow any air to flow, and it turned out that we had a huge spider living on the balcony and a balcony covered in bird droppings.
The ground floor restaurant is just FOREVER closed for events. That's how many times we came, never did we get to sit there (except for breakfast). This is a huge inconvenience and a spitting attitude towards hotel guests, as we personally needed a baby chair and a proper seat in the hotel restaurant. I had to eat in the bay bar all the time, but because the baby and I were very uncomfortable because we didn't have a baby chair, and the bar staff refused to provide us with that chair, arguing that they were all on the 1st floor. Waiters are just nuts!!! Please pay attention to management. At the bar, no waiter will come up to you unless you ask, just like you have to ask for menus, clean the plates dirty, take the order. Dishes take 30-40 minutes to cook. But it was delicious enough, thanks on that. Breakfast tables are all dirty, take your time to clean them up, today there was a piece of watermelon lying on the floor already trampled, throughout our breakfast 25 minutes it was not cleaned up. They don't take dirty plates either. The coffee in the coffee machine is just cold, impossible to drink. The food on the buffet is scarce and similar. It's the same every day, only desserts out of variety. Well, the cherry on the cake was half-drunk beer from the bar in the room🤦🏻‍’”thanks for not making me pay for it. As a result, at the check-out, at the reception we indicated that we are very unhappy with the accommodation and service and are waiting for some bonus to smooth the situation. And instead of discounted accommodation, we were given a package with a mug and a notebook. So the review goes live. We will no longer go and recommend this hotel.
