Cons: 1. Extremely rude Manager. Better don't talk to him. He told us that we can rate their resort bad, as he doesn't care, their eating is already too high. 2. Food is ultra spicy and full of chillies which will burn your stomach and intestines. We asked them multiple times to reduce the spices and chillies as we had a kid with us but all efforts went in vain. 3. AC was not working properly. Power back wasn't there and there was frequent power cut during night. 4. Most of the postive feedbacks is given by owner's own guys as he has political connections. 5. The place location and ambience was good but rooms were full of spider webs and dust. 6. No intercom facility for room service and no wifi. As per them you have to go to reception to get wifi which was some 50 stair steps away as it was on elevated area. 7. The tap water was too much dirty. The colour was yellowish brown.I couldn't use it to wash my face. Pros: 1. They provided 3 time meals and tea and coffee in the evening. 2. The guests were allowed to use swimming pool. 3. The overall view , children park, trampoline , small paddle boat area and swings were few things which will keep you calm after you had struggled through pathetic services.

We, a group of 10 senior citizens (5 couples) who were old classmates, stayed in this resort from 14th April 2019 to 17th April 2019. The location of the property is very scenic with excellent landscaping of the entire property. Rooms are clean & well maintained except the bath room fixtures which need urgent repairs or refurbishment. Entire team of staff led by GM Mr. Rajesh were very courteous & took care of our requirements with smile on invariably all the staff. They went out of the way to cook food as per our requirements & offering us typical Kerala festive food (Sadya) on banana leaves on Vishu day (14th April) was really touching. GM Mr. Rajesh also was personally taking care of all our special needs all the time even when he was outside or at home. Overall a very warm feeling because of the staff & the GM.

This is a good resort for family outing . It has family room's and 2 large family halls (3 twin beds) . Equipped with basic amenities like swimming pool , kids play area , small area of paddle boat. Activities and food quality needs improvement . Staff does not understand English or Hindi hence you may find it difficult to converse . Staff member Kumar is very good and he helps to come over bottle necks.

We drove to this place from Bangalore for a weekend getaway. I do have a mixed experience at this place. Anyway let’s review this place my style. PROS 1. Wonderful and Picturesque resort and no doubts about it. 2. 3 meals included in the price. 3. Lot of free space. 4. Includes modern amenities. 5. Near by to all touristic places. 6. Very well maintained. 7. Good Food (please read the cons) CONS 1. There is no WiFi available for guests to use. The resort is at a place where there is no signal. At least some sort of connectivity is expected. 2. The food served was extremely spicy. I began to think. Was spice added to food OR food added to spice? 3. The food was NEVER served on time. 4. Weekend was extremely noisy where people were drinking and partying till late night. All in all I had a nice experience here. But I feel they need to improve a lot.
