Stayed at this hotel for 1 night only at the cost of RM83 per night. The room that I booked was Deluxe King and it was booked through Agoda website. During the
check-in-day, I arrived JB a bit late around 6:30pm. To ensure that the hotel still reserved my room for me, I made a call to them to inform them that I'll be checking in late. During the conversion, the receptionist who answered my call was friendly.
The hotel can be easily found using Waze. By the time I reached the hotel, it was almost 9:00pm. After parking my car at the front of the hotel, a guard came and asked me if I'm a guest of the hotel. I was told that if not, then I'm not allowed to park my car there. One thing I should highlight here is that the parking area is not a private parking area, instead it is an open public parking area. Another thing I must not forget to say is that even though I have already parked my car nicely in the middle of the box already, I was told to adjust my car more to one side of the box so that the parking area can accommodate more cars. The problem was that, when I looked around, I found plenty of empty parking slots -.-"
The moment I entered the hotel, I had the feeling that it was a little smaller than it looked like in the photo published on the website. I saw two receptionists at the front desk. Upon checked in, a deposit of RM50 was required. One of them who answered my call earlier can recognize me. When talking to her, I can feel her politeness. However, the attitude of another receptionist was really disappointing. I was totally ok if she didn't greet me. But I just cannot accept her unprofessionalism. When asked about the closing hour of the hotel's cafe, whether I can order food from the room and what was its opening hour the next day. All of the questions were answered with cold face and cold tone. I really have no idea what was wrong with her. Hopefully the management can look into this matter seriously as the reception counter represents the image of the hotel and this unprofessional receptionist has created a bad first impression that will ruin the hotel image.
The hotel has a lift. So, I had no problem to carry my luggage up to our room on the second floor. The room was quite big and it was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep. The blanket was thick enough to provide me a comfortable and warm night sleep. There was a dressing table with a mirror at the corner of the room. There were also sufficient clothes hangers in the room and bathroom. The room was provided with 2 bottles of drinking water. Unfortunately, water dispenser was not available. I didn't try to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi. So, I had no idea at all about its speed. TV had a number of channels with fair reception but boring channels. Its Air-Cond was cold. The room was quite during the 1-night stay. The 2 towels provided looked clean and smelled fresh and the amount of 3-in-1 bath gel provided was sufficient. However, the bathroom was a little small and some dirt stains can be easily spotted on the wall in the shower area.
To be fair, the hotel was comfortable and the rate was reasonable. However, we were not satisfied with unfriendly attitude of the staffs. And because of that staff, I can only give the hotel a 3 stars.

Simple and clean. No frills. Good as a place to sleep in at the end of a busy day. Very quiet at night. However the place is far from shops or eateries. Suitable for those with cars or own transport. Ample parking.

The hotel is new, everything is so nice and clean. The staff is friendly and very accommodating too. Made us feel welcomed. Didn't manage to try their cafe or in room dining, but looking at the menu, it is very affordable. Will definitely come back to stay here when i'm visiting my sister there.

Peach hill cafe is one of our favourite lunch place at Pasir Gudang. The menu ranges from western food to local food. One of our favourite is the oatmeal chicken chop. It is definitely worth the money and very filling indeed. Other dishes are equally good. Service is fast. Thumbs up!!!

Use to stay here whenever am there work purpose. Simple and budget hotel, by road side. Easy access to nearby industrial area. Their laundry service really quick and satisfying. Cozy welcome by friendly receptionists. The best part is the massage centre just beside this hotel, to relax after a long tiring work. Wifi connection is good. Totally its really satisfying here, worth every penny.
