Couldn't fault the welcome, decor, facilities and details, only wish I could have stayed longer and not for work! Julie is a wonderful host and clearly her guests keep coming back for more. So don't miss out.

This is not your standard B&B. It was a very quaint cottage with excellent hosts - Julie could not have been more helpful. It was very clean and welcoming and I will make this my first choice when returning to the area

A great welcome by a friendly Julie. Very comfortable rooms and a special Yorkshire breakfast. A great place and one we will use again. Heartily recommended. Very convenient to Yeadon centre and easy access to places like airport, Skipton, Ilkley and beyond.
