We had a great 2 night stay , nice vibe to the hotel , booked the boat with picnic for the afternoon , Rowan looked after us really well, The reception staff , Laura and Claire were really helpful as well as all the restaurant staff. Darren in toms bar was great craic with fantastic service Really recommend Glasson Lakehouse for couples and family for a get away .. The heated outside pool was great with amazing views over the lake Will be back Thank you

Stunning scenery, great staff, good food and AMAZING facilities- hot tubs, heated outdoor pool, driving range.I will return. Rooms are well decorated and my only minor easily rectified gripe would be kids next door very loud at 6am both mornings- should have adults only Rooms area. They allow dogs stay and lovely golf course .

Stayed here for 1 night for my friends wedding and it was amazing. The room was so big nicely designed and very airy. The staff were all so polite and helpful. The food was all amazing, beautiful grounds. I was so disappointed I didn't stay the second night

This hotel is exceptional in many ways Lovely bedroom Comfy bed The grounds are exceptionally well kept Lovely areas to explore Downsides The staff - no warm welcome Waiting staff not kind. Not friendly I got a few tuts when I asked for extra things at breakfast (breakfast only mediocre sadly) Waitress made an unnecessary comment about the size of the order for my daughter who is 4 - leave her alone maybe!!! 😡 I just don’t get why staff there are so unfriendly No smiles No warmth at all I won’t return to stay there because of their attitude problem Hopefully it improves as the hotel is just so beautiful in so many ways Oh and ps for breakfast why oh why do you hide the pastries on the bar counter were not one person could see them Why!???? Ffs 🤦🏼♀️

Lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Hot tubs were lovely even if raining. Golf course is in great condition. Played all three days and enjoyed. Lynn and all in pro shop very helpful. Staff in Bar and restaurants all very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming back again.

Visited this hotel approximately 2 years ago and couldn't wait to come home. Returned this weekend and I didn't want to come home! This hotel is simply stunning and breathtaking. I have to commend the owners on what they've done with this hotel in the last two years. It was unrecognizable from my last visit. Everything from the drive into the hotel through the beautifully kept golf course, the funky reception, beautiful & spacious bedrooms with everything you could possibly want, Bonnie's restaurant, Toms pub, the outdoor seating area and food trucks. . I could go on and on... The outdoor hot tubs and pool are just amazing. The grounds of the hotel and golf course are impeccable with not a blade of grass out of place. I just don't know how they do it! Breakfast was just fabulous too. All seemed to be local produce and gorgeous. The most awful part of our stay was that we had to leave. If you are looking to switch off totally and unwind in the most beautiful of surroundings pay this hotel a visit. You will not regret it.…

Called in on a Sunday to book a group of 6 in for 2 night bed & breakfast dinner spa for Sept Decided not too Very expensive for rooms which for a treat we felt could do better but just too busy we thought we would not receive the service or comfort We ordered 2 drinks but was told we could take them out too reception as main bar closed for wedding and Bonnie's bar was full prob from wedding day before 2 occk in day. No seating in reception Beautiful outside areas all closed chairs packed away? It was an OK day maybe they had staff issues Staff under pressure it's obvious Might try it as a winter break but bedlam at the moment! Love dogs so not a prob for me!

I stayed in Glasson Lakehouse the last two nights with 8 other members of my family and I cannot recommend it enough for all ages. I have already booked to come and stay again in 3 weeks time to celebrate my birthday. This is a piece of heaven in the heart of Ireland. We had lunch in the bar on Tuesday on arrival before swimming for the afternoon in their outdoor pool. We ate again in the bar on the Tuesday night (as they had a corporate event in the main restaurant). The food was great. The staff were all lovely and very helpful especially as our family ranges in age from 16 months old to 94 years of age! Paddy one of the waiting staff was extremely helpful. Despite the bar being full, he ensured that my little neice got her food immediately and he was extremely patient and kind to my grandparents (both in their 90's) and hard of hearing explaining the menu and recommending the wines. He really could not have done enough to help us and was great fun and added to the entire experience. On the Wednesday, we had a lovely breakfast in Bonnie's and the lady serving us was so helpful and fun spirited too. We enjoyed the hot tubs and pool in the afternoon and again, the staff were so pleasant and helpful for us to eat outside in the sunshine. I highly recommend the spa treatments too. My mum, two sisters and I all had hot stone massages and I would highly recommend with Susan! Overall, the location is fantastic. It was 18 degrees yesterday and it felt like we were in the south of France! The staff are all so lovely and friendly and honestly could not do enough for you! Thank you to all!
