Excelent place, very clean; All the staff was very nice and made it so easy for us; Free Parking at the place; 20 mins distance by bus to Trieste Stazione Centrale (wich is 7mins walk from the Piazza Unittà, the center of the city); Definitely recomended and a place to come back in the future!

We stopped here whilst hiking along the Alpe Adria trail. It's a really nice hotel, everything clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were good and the hotel restaurant across the street was also excellent.

I have now stayed at the Center Hotel 3 times, once with my family. An amazing accommodation, very comfortable with extremely friendly staff, a great location and full breakfast. Very close to the border with Slovenia ( near the home of the Lippizan horses) it’s a great place to stay at an amazing price!

The hotel is good. Everything is there. It is important to know that they have a restaurant - Pri Lipi which is located in the building which is next to it. The breakfasts, on the other hand, are served in the same building. It can be messy, but it is easy to figure out. The rooms could be warmer though.

The hotel is charming and the staff is just lovely. They speak English very well and take care if the guest. The room was Big, bathroom has a couple if Windows and everything was very quiet. Not away from Trieste and Close to the border. Totally recommendable

Booked this hotel for one night just because it was on route to somewhere else. What a great find, this hotel was fantastic and even though it was part way through a refurbishment the rooms we stopped in had touches of high class about them. Would definitely revisit in the future.

Center Hotel (DEPENDANCE LIPA) is our choices at least once a year because of business. Room in Dependance Lipa is bigger than in the building of Center Hotel and looks like an apartment with kitchenette, where I did not find any plates or electric kettle. It is a bit strange, but not important as we always stay one night and never cook here. Room was clean as always. Preparing your trip and having doubts, which pair of shoes is better - take a flannel pajama. It is a smart advice for winter visitors. What can you expect in the morning - very simple breakfast, but rich coffee! What you don't expect - to get your tailored shirt back, you lost 15 months ago in the hotel and in your mind... There is restaurant/pizzeria worth to visit. Over the lunch time don't expect servant to be patient to take an order quickly, but relax and enjoy the tasty lunch for a good price. Great idea to have a dinner here - nice evening atmosphere with even better food and an anthropological pleasure. Because there are many locals - wonderful specific cultural mixture of Italians and Slovenians. Good developed family business!…

This hotel is the preferred lodging for scientists working at the nearby Elettra synchrotron, and so I've stayed here multiple times. The rooms are simple, very clean and serviceable, with wifi. Some rooms have nice extra amenities: one time I got a room with a kitchenette and fridge stocked with snacks and drinks; another time I had a veranda looking out at the church across the street. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel, serving good dinners and popular with the locals as well as with the hotel guests. The street where the hotel is located is home to a well-stocked pharmacy, a small grocery store, a kiosk, and several cafes. Breakfast at the hotel is served every morning and includes very nice coffee. The best thing about this hotel is the staff: they are extremely friendly and eager to help, and they speak English, so communication is no problem.…

Have stayed here on several occasions as it's location on the top of the escarpment above Trieste means it is handy for Trieste itself as well as being close to Lipica and for exploring the wonderful Italian/Slovenia karst region. The owners and staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are large, well-equipped and comfortable. There is a good breakfast and the Dependance Restaurant for lunch and evening meals seems to be very popular with hotel guests and locals, which is always a good sign. Good food at excellent prices. There is also secure parking as you probaly need a car for this hotel as it is a way out of Trieste
