We rested together from August 21 to 25. Impressions about the hotel are mixed. Apparently the former holiday home underwent renovation several years ago after being acquired by new owners. A spa building and a restaurant were added. Pros: a beautiful building, air conditioning in the room, a working refrigerator and kettle, a net on one of the windows, a bathtub. The breakfasts are excellent! The elevators are working. The hotel is clean. Of the minuses: The renovation was carried out rather strangely, so finding a way for breakfast was not easy. There are no route signs. With a fairly large area, figuring out where the gate to enter the park was was also a quest. There are no signs. We asked for a twin bed in the room. Result: I have never seen narrower beds in hotels)))) width 80 cm. The wardrobe is quite small. As always in hotels: one chair is missing for comfort. SPA. Unfortunately, the hotel management significantly saves on the SPA complex. Almost no design. Like in a bathhouse. For some reason the lighting is half turned off. There is pool lighting but it is turned off. It is disappointing that access to the spa is limited on some days due to children's swimming lessons. This place is outdated both in terms of building and in terms of service, not a customer oriented hotel at all. Firstly, these are staff who are not at all professional, and students with part-time jobs can easily become rude. Secondly, this is a small spa and swimming pool, into which they are trying to cram, in order to apparently make money, an unimaginable number of people who come only to the spa. Thirdly, this is an expensive restaurant with tasteless food and small portions, i.e. If you want to eat, you need to go outside the territory and look for somewhere to eat. Fourthly, during the entire period of stay no one had Wi-Fi and when asked why, the answer was that technical work was underway! (we lived in a junior suite).
There is good clean country air there, but this is not their merit.

We always went here for many years and liked it. Everything has become worse than it was - there is fallen plaster everywhere, both inside and on the facade of the building. At the same time, the price has increased - 11 thousand and this is still a limited number of hours in the pool (previously it was unlimited). It’s impossible to walk into the spa without covering your nose, it smells terrible of mold!!!

I don't recommend a hotel - terrible! You are not expected here and no one is going to provide any comfort to the guests! Noisy works are carried out on the grounds, of which guests are not warned, dirty construction workers wander around, craggy plaster is outside, bags of construction compound are lying around, everything looks very untidy. The Inn is jam-packed, even the room can't be changed, and the staff are dumb and unwelcome. The suite was given with a view of the construction, and also in the vicinity of the ventilation room, which makes noise and vibration throughout the room. But there are earplugs in the bathroom. From 7 to 8 everything was great, but when 24 arrived, we were given a room with one bed, I asked to change it, but saying that there was nothing to replace, they hung up the phone, shrugged their shoulders, etc. They were given a ready-made solution to the problem - to give us a cottage for one day with an additional payment, since there was already a lot of time and several free ones. But they did nothing. It’s a shame that the service in such a place is of such a level. When they said that we were leaving, they asked for a receipt, which was very strange, because we didn’t take it.

We vacationed with a large group. I really liked the area. There are places to walk and breathe the beautiful Baltic air. Modern, comfortable, spacious cottages. 5 families can easily be accommodated. Swimming pools for children and adults. Hammam is very good.

We came to Residence and Spa Hotel for a couple of nights and ended up staying on and off for approximately 6 weeks. We have been extremely happy with our stay in the hotel. Hotel staff particularly the reception staff have been excellent. The restaurant offers very fine meals and the spa is a necessary visit. We highly recommend this hotel when in st Petersburg it is a distance from the CBD however the train close by makes this unimportant. Repino is a very good suburb and has the necessary fresh air for a longer stay in a large city.

On one hand, it is brilliant a location. On the other hand, very strange design - a renovated old Soviet building but stuffed with fake baroque furniture and fake antique mirrors. The place for the meeting was not heated good enough for the end of December.
But what was really shocking is almost transparent doors in the toilets; when I told about it, the staff person at the reception answered that there was no problem in the fact that other people can see you when you are inside the toilet cabin.
