Ideal location on the coast of the Gulf of Finland with its own beach. A welcoming staff who responded promptly to all our requests. Those who want to go to Komarovo or Zelenogorsk will appreciate the proximity of the transport, bus 211 stops 3 minutes from the hotel. Wait station is also within walking distance. From the cons we want to note the spirit in the room (standard with a view of the bay), it would be desirable to provide rooms with cooling systems. This would also help to solve the problem of noisy parties and unpleasant smells from nearby cafes and restaurants. If this recommendation is taken into account, hotel accommodation will become much more comfortable.

Overall everything is great, we love this hotel. The location and views of the bay are beautiful. Staff, rooms are very good. But there is always a fly in the ointment, it’s good that it’s small)
Room with jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is double, fresh, but it works for 1 minute, a break, and another minute, it’s funny. Also a hairdryer. Looks great, but instantly turns off.

Restaurant. I don’t recommend taking desserts, everything is not very good and the broth (for the delicious cheburek) is disgusting.
Everything else is -5!

I have to be honest, if you're reading this in English, you're probably not Russian, and this may not be the hotel for you. My wife is Russian and found it charming, mostly it reminded me of the hard times of the 90's. Our room was updated, but I have a feeling not all are. The common areas are stained and dirty. The grand piano in the lobby is duct taped shut. The room was ok, clean and not as scary as hallways suggest. Close your windows and doors after sunset because the mosquitoes will come by the hundreds, but hardly the hotel's fault. The hotel appears to service families with young children and have activities for children and a small playground near the beach. So, if you're an experienced traveller in rural Russia, you'll find it kind of "normalno," but if you're Western European or North American looking for a seaside vacation, you may want to keep looking.

It was a wonderful stay!
Great room, friendly staff. We knew that we were going in cool weather, but the first two days we were lucky even with that. A room with a jacuzzi - beauty and romance. Rebooted with my husband 100%.

I liked the breakfasts - although it’s low season, the food is varied, here you have pastries, porridges, pancakes, omelettes, casseroles, and side dishes with meatballs, sausages... And there is a good choice of drinks - coffee, tea, compote, kefir. .. On the first day it was cold in the hall, but the next day they warmed up the room well! They bring everything quickly, take it away, keep it clean, and don’t even allow unnecessary dishes to accumulate. Thank you!

It’s very nice when the room has not only slippers, but also terry robes. Great mattress! Clean, fresh linen and even extra. blanket (I'm always cold, this came in handy).

It’s very cool that there is billiards on the 1st floor :) We played with pleasure.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, everything was very tasty! And we ordered from the neighboring restaurant “Strogranoff”, everything was great too! And even Yandex.food was taken to the room, the courier brought everything even at a very late time.

I visited a massage with a master named Igor. Just excellent! Very relaxing, does everything carefully and delicately, there are no moments of embarrassment. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to go a second time, but we will definitely come back.

So that the review doesn’t look too positive, I’ll tell you about literally a couple of minuses, and that’s for me personally. First: the water from the tap smells a little. Either a reservoir or a wastewater treatment plant. In fact, it’s tolerable, but I’m writing so that beginners can be prepared. Second: actually, coolness. The first day it was fresh in the room and at breakfast. On the second one they have already warmed up both here and there. No more cons! How cool it must be there in the summer, guys!!! Thank you for the service, we will be back and will recommend to everyone

Hotel "Repinskaya"

It's difficult to write something good. But let's take things in order.

What I liked:
- Beautiful view of the bay and nature
- Visually fresh renovated rooms
- Availability of a sofa in the family room
- Possibility to go out to the balcony
- Good cocktails at the bar

What I didn't like:
- Lack of air conditioning: The most terrible test at temperatures of +25 during the day and +18 at night. It was impossible to sleep in the room; we woke up in sweat and a wet bed. In order to somehow ventilate, they opened the door to the corridor, but it was unsafe to leave it overnight. We reported the problem to the reception - there was no help, the rooms were occupied. They could at least help with the fans.
- Loose mosquito nets: At least 50 mosquitoes and bugs entered the room and fought off for about an hour.
- Water temperature: Constantly fluctuates from ice cold to boiling water, morning shower is a real test.
- Hair dryer: Overheated after 2 minutes of drying hair and did not turn on until it cooled down.
- Cleaning: Mediocre, the room is clean, but behind the curtain a spider has spread its webs.
- Lack of drinking water: I had to go to the cooler by the elevator with a small plastic cup; for the beach you need to buy water.
- Weak Wi-Fi: On the top floor the signal is very weak, I had to distribute the Internet from my phone.
- Food: Breakfasts and lunches are tasteless, like in typical sanatoriums, diet food, and not only we noticed this.

Conclusion: I strongly do not recommend coming to this hotel at temperatures above 25 degrees, as your vacation will be ruined. Perhaps at other times of the year it won't be so bad. But I decided for myself that I would never return here again. The feeling that this is a former sanatorium has been slightly ennobled, and the prices have been raised almost like in 5★ hotels in St. Petersburg.

Terrible, ruined vacation
I wasn't expecting much, since the Inn is a low-cost option compared to the nearest, but my advice is, if you want to stay here, overpay.
I can't single out any merits, and the shortcomings of the sea

It's hot in the rooms, it's 19 degrees outside, and you sweat in the room at night. No air conditioning. No noise insulation, drunken companies yelling under the window at night, and once yelling in the hallway at 4 a.m., no one watching the silence.

The room is disgustingly cleaned, as if only the linen is changed and vacuumed on an open area of the floor. We moved the beds a little bit so there was more room in the aisle between them, and there were cobwebs and hair. Nobody throws out the garbage, the dishes from the service room have to be taken out and put together on the cooler, and then they stand there for two days

In the shower black mold, tried to be there to a minimum, hopefully didn't catch anything.

Beach is muddy, one tina and cigarette butts

Don't come here, we wanted to go home from day one.

Well, it was necessary to make such a mistake with the choice of place to celebrate the NEW YEAR!
I brought adult children and a small child, that is, 3 adults and a 7-year-old child, from December 31, check-in 5 p.m., banquet, breakfast on the morning of January 1, check-out 2 to 2 p.m. = 100,000 rubles

It's not the price, but what I paid for! for a room with the smell of cat litter, and 2 rooms overlooking the bay.... and two meals! The New Year's table was poor, like the alcohol... they divided each person sitting at the table some kind of deep-fried thing... (I don't know what it was, I gave it to the children), sliced in micro quantities and cheap Russian sparkling wine... at 3 am they rolled out cake with BLUE cream, decorated one to one like in the USSR.

Most of all, I was disappointed by the program of the holiday, apparently on a residual basis.... Incompetent presenters, the theme did not correspond to the event in any way.... completely idiotic competitions like from the old Wedding.... terrible melancholy....

So they didn’t let me dance... and the music and the repertoire and the sound...

It’s such a pity that we went to Repinskaya for the main holiday of the year.

Plus clean rooms and entertainment programs for babies. The rest of the cons: no plumbing and they don't care, windows directly to the parking lot and the Seaside Highway at 20 m, so it's impossible to sleep, Swedish breakfast is squalid for 700 rubles, the sand on the beach is not clean, on the shoal of tin and dead fish, lots of little noisy kids, no air conditioning or fans in the rooms, no phones in the room , no booklets with information about where and other things. The price is very high. Vacation ruined, didn't even apologize.

Only problems with this hotel:
1. We booked and payed a room with view to sea. But room was in road side with no view. We could not keep window open at night because of traffic noise and it was VERY hot!
2. Reservation was made by Booking com but they or hotel did not have any reaction to my reclamation.
3. Service was Sovet style: No hello, no thank you, no smile, even we talked Russian. No contact, just like zombies in reception.
4. When leaving we could not left luggage for 1 hour, ”no luggage room”. So we had our beach walk with luggage!

A disclaimer first: I am a frequent and rather undemanding traveller, so there had been only one instance when I left the hotel after just one night. This was the second.
Main reasons:
1. When you book a room with a view of the harbor, no one tells you that there’s a playground right under your windows, with VERY LOUD animators with a loudspeaker. In the morning we were woken up by a rather unnecessary activity when the animator lady asked the children to “shout Good morning! to the hotel”.
really? WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO YOUR GUESTS?!
2. There’s some sort of a venue right next to the hotel, where a wedding party had, well, a party. With loud music and all.
3. SPIDERS. many. On the balcony. When you pay for a balcony with a sea view, you really feel disinclined to share it with a number of spiders who apparently live there rent-free. After my calls of distress, a cleaning lady came. With a mop. Spoiler - it didn’t help, so we spent the night with our balcony door closed and little to no air.
To summarize: it’s not a bad hotel if you have children and want to sip cocktails on a veranda while they are being entertained by somebody else. If you’re traveling sans kids (and are a arachnophobe) - I’d definitely avoid this place.
A photo of one of the gratis spiders is NOT attached as a courtesy.
