Spacious room, large bed, comfortable mattress. Pillows of different firmness to choose from. Good breakfast buffet, varied and tasty. The à la carte restaurant has good service, delicious dishes, and interesting desserts. The spa area has a warm indoor pool, sauna and Turkish steam room. You can separately order spa treatments - I really liked the Thai massage and the program for two in a cedar barrel.

A great place to relax. Warm pool, beautiful hammam! Chic spa treatments in the complex, wrap with scrubbing, precious minerals, with warm bath, and final care, therapeutic massage session with osteopathic techniques, advise Constantine, master super! Spacious room with Pine Garden view🌳🍀🌲 There's entertainment for kids. Grateful for this place, I will definitely come here more🤍💫

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Beautiful, well-groomed area, 10 minutes walk to the bay. The superior room is large, the bed is huge! With excellent single mattress, balcony, lots of storage. Parking and surface and underground parking. Complete customer focus of the staff. The porter brought the luggage from the car to the room, the staff was always helpful. The pool is great, open until 24 hours. I really liked the spa, we went for a Balinese massage (we did Balinese). Sun terrace with sun loungers near the pool. Breakfast is wonderful. I liked everything very much.

We came for one night, to relax and celebrate a birthday. Half the night someone was making noise upstairs and endlessly moving furniture, obviously staff. We called the reception and they promised to “sort it out”, but nothing happened. The rumbling continued until 2:30 and then started again at 7:30. We ended up not sleeping at all. We came up to the reception in the morning with a complaint, but they couldn’t answer us, they told us to come back in 20 minutes, the manager would be there. The “senior administrator” didn’t even make eye contact. 20 minutes later they came up again, but the manager never showed up, and again they couldn’t help. At breakfast at 10:20 we were greeted with empty trays (see photo), which no one replenished. All that was left were pancakes and sausages. The line for the omelette is 12 people, the line for coffee is 8 people (see video). We had to look for a free table, there were a lot of people, breakfast was completely unsuitable for not so many people. In the “tea zone” on the floor you will find two rotten apples for dear guests (see photo))) The pool is not bad, clean, 2 saunas, not too many people, towels/sheets in abundance. Without a wow effect, everything is quite simple, but there were no questions to the spa staff. Before check-out (at 14:00) they gave us a “compliment” (sparkling wine and fruit), but we were already leaving, so everything was left in the room.
I do not recommend this hotel, since the people working there allow themselves to be negligent about the guests’ relaxation and are not at all interested in fixing the problems.

Excellent hotel, we are traveling with the whole family from June 2022. Nice pool, excellent restaurant, friendly reception staff. There is an opportunity to visit the gym, exercise equipment, and massage. The ground floor is suitable for small dogs. We'll be back again!

A really nice hotel until today when we were invaded by a bunch of young men apparently practising for a FIFA Play Station competition. It was really weird as they were all dressed in a uniform, wearing bling watches, and were whistling “Football’s Coming Home” whilst wearing over-ear headphones. Their Head Teacher seemed a nice guy. We are here for another 3 weeks and fortunately these chaps will only be around for 2 weeks tops.....

Out here for a lads jolly-up and were only planning on staying a week but something came up and we've booked another few days. Lads seem to be enjoying themselves as they've never had to stay in a hotel for longer than a week.

Lovely service on the front desk, secure underground parking, and the standard room is high quality and very large with a nice balcony. Wifi is fast throughout the hotel. The pool and spa facilities are excellent and included in the price. The gym looked good too but we didn't make it there. A wide range of spa procedures are available, and those we tried were enjoyable, if expensive. On the downside, the food in the restaurant was only average but relatively expensive - not outrageously so, but I'd expect better for the price. The hot breakfast seemed to have been cooked about an hour before the restaurant opened, as it was tepid when I ate it - a shame as everything else was good. When we left the restaurant there was a chef cooking fresh omelet to order, which was a nice touch - a pity we arrived to early to take advantage of it. And one more oddity was that the TV in the room was the size of a computer monitor, making it completely unwatchable from bed! Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and we would probably return - though considering the price of the hotel, such little issues should really be ironed out.
