The hotel has an ideal location - sea, pine trees, Repinskie Penates and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away. A small, well-groomed area with hammocks, swings, wicker chairs for lazy relaxation, and an equipped children's playground. Very good food with a large selection of dishes, a luxurious summer terrace of the Artichoke restaurant surrounded by pine trees. BUT there are also disadvantages that can be easily corrected if desired. First, the beach, unfortunately, is not at all well-groomed. Apparently, it is municipal, but the hotel could take care of the cleanliness of the beach in front of the hotel building out of respect for its guests. Second, there is a shower to wash off the sand from your feet, but the bench is right on the walking path and it is constantly flooded. All you need to do is move the bench left and right and you won’t have to jump on the lawn. Third, the rooms were poorly cleaned: the bed linen was changed, the trash was taken out and that was it. I had to find a maid and ask her to wash and vacuum the room. Fourth, there are restrictors on the windows and for this reason you have to turn on the air conditioning instead of breathing clean sea air. Fifth, there was a problem during check-in and the manager at the reception did not want to solve it. But after the intervention of the manager, we were happy and got a compliment to boot :) In general, the impression of the holiday was very positive and we, as lovers of the Baltic coast, would like to return to this place in the off-season. But, I agree with the previous review - the prices for accommodation are too high.

I give it a solid four, only for one moment that confused me. This was repair work on the street under the windows of the room, it was on weekdays and at 8 am the workers, loudly and heatedly discussing the process, began work with jackhammers. Everything is great, the renovation is good, but at least we should have been warned that it could be noisy, we specifically took a room with a view of the bay, paid extra for it and got three days of a jackhammer under the windows, well, that’s it. We could have taken a room on the other side and slept peacefully.
Otherwise, everything is SUPER, clean, beautiful, very nice staff, everyone is very courteous and polite, a good restaurant, there was always something to eat for breakfast and dinner, really very tasty. The room was cleaned several times, we stayed for four days, drinking water was brought in bottles every day.
Of course, the spa is only two hours, which is very little, but in standard rooms it’s generally an hour. Of course I would like more, but the spa is super, very clean.
So I recommend it, I think we will definitely return there.

We had a standard room; we took the last one we had for the weekend. The room is quite spacious for a standard, but the toilet is small, if this is important to anyone. Our room 1405, on the 4th floor, was basically quiet, no noisy neighbors, but in the morning, apparently on the floor above, they started taking a shower, and the sound was as if we were sinking on the Titanic. In general, the hotel is pleasant, but I was disappointed by 2 points: 1. When booking on the website, they indicated that it was my birthday, and they also reminded me upon check-in. But they never saw the promised compliment. I had to call and remind again. As a result, when we returned to the room after 11 pm, there was a bottle of champagne and candy on the table. But at midnight I somehow didn’t want either one or the other. The compliment smacked of coolness in the service, no bow on the bottle, no note, not even an ice bucket... in general, the compliment left me with such a feeling...
2. In the morning at breakfast, apparently we were the first who decided to drink juice from the machine, because along with the juice a pile of flies poured into the glass... for a 4-star hotel with such a price per night... well, completely unacceptable. Thank you for not being a cockroach in the soup.
By the way, the food is normal, sometimes tasty, but there is still a residue...

My husband and I went for four days, the room was standard, quite cozy, everything we needed was: bathrobe, slippers, toiletries, tea set, kettle, water was replenished daily in the amount of two bottles. We took breakfast and dinner. Very varied, lots of vegetables, red fish for breakfast, very tasty pastries. One of the dinners had very tasty lasagna. The area is not large, there is access to the bay, you can walk along the shore.

I was on vacation with my mother and child and chose this hotel because it is positioned as a “family” hotel. When checking in, I asked if it would be quiet, since there was a summer veranda of the restaurant under the windows; they assured me that yes, the restaurant would be quiet until 11 pm. Unfortunately, this was not true. From 21 to 23 there was insanely loud live music on the summer veranda. So loud that closing the windows didn't help. Loud bass came through the walls and windows. At the reception they said that IT would be until 23 and there was no way to make it quieter.
In the hotel, most of the vacationers with children and middle-aged people, but only 10 were sitting on the summer veranda! Human!!! The management of the “family” hotel clearly confused the stated specifics. I paid for a vacation so that I could calmly prepare my child for bed and relax, and not comfort a child frightened by loud noises and put him to bed before midnight. In general, complete disappointment, because we liked the hotel and wanted to come again.

We arrived on Sunday, we were greeted by the most unfriendly and, in my opinion, incompetent receptionist. True, they received us quickly, but they mixed up the birthday boy and gave incorrect information about the appointment at the spa.
Then we proceeded to our floor and went into the room. The room was perfectly clean and tidy, there were not enough mirrors at the entrance to it, but everything else was in abundance. The beautiful view from the window was marred only by the limiters on the windows. That’s where the positives end.
After the restaurant, we found in the room a postcard and champagne signed for me - although I’m not the birthday girl))))). Overall it was pleasant - there was a small cardboard box made of craft paper with designer sweets.
Then, after laughing, we decided to go to the spa area.
This was a mistake. It was probably impossible to get there without the staff smiling and mocking us, either we looked young (90% of the guests were between 60-90 years old), or it distracted them from their daily routine. In general, after 4 times we were shown the door to the treasured spa. But the spa this is one name - the cleanliness has left this place - it smelled of urine and mold. We decided to try to go in, the bottom was slimy and dirty, yellowish water with an unpleasant smell of urine again. We swam for about 5-7 minutes, our self-esteem and disgust were not enough. We went into We sat there in the cold steam room and returned to the room to wash off the silt and everything unpleasant from the pool.
In general, if you don’t remember our adventures in this terribly dirty spa and frankly not friendly employees. Just being in the room without leaving, then you can probably count it as an acceptable vacation. But fortunately there are many other very worthy places.
I’ll tell you a little about the local restaurant - we looked there before leaving for lunch. The bartender was sitting at the counter with his back to us, and after we said hello, he very unwillingly turned his body towards us, we wanted them to bring us lunch on the terrace. To which he replied that now they don’t bring people to the terrace anymore, it’s cold. We reassured him by saying that we’ll pick it up ourselves, he muttered and asked to pick up the menu. There were 3 of us, but the tea list, wine list and main menu were given to us in one copy... We left for the highway in about 5 minutes the waiter came, a very friendly girl. She communicated delightfully and was completely different from those whom we had met in this place. It’s a pity I don’t remember the name. But either the employees on Sunday/Monday ran out of energy or they really need to learn communication and a good mood from the girl who brought us food.
It’s a pity that in such a beautiful place they greet you like that.

It's not the first year we've come to this hotel, always with the kids. The hotel is beloved and enjoys our stay. But I would like to note that some moments are inconvenient, previously all master classes were paid at the reception, now part is paid on the second floor, in the bowling area, the employee is often absent there, you have to wait a long time, and also run several times from the first floor from the reception to the second floor, as there was conflicting information from hotel staff where to pay for 3D modeling. I also want to note the work of the waiters in the restaurant, we already know to their faces those who have worked there for a long time, there are no questions to them, everything is clear and fast, but the new waiters will clean the dishes, but the table will be left dirty, the breakfasts were crowded, it was difficult to find a free table for four, the waiter cleaned the dishes in front of us, but it did not work to wait for the table to be cleaned from crumbs and spilled drinks. She cleaned the table herself as a result. In the evenings, the kids and I always go to the lobby bar for cocktails, but you can't buy ice cream there, only in the restaurant, which isn't always convenient, going to the restaurant with the kids in the evening. With all the other positive aspects of the hotel, none of this is critical, but it spoils the overall impression of the hotel. The hotel wishes prosperity and hopes to return here repeatedly. Special thanks to receptionist Alexei, on the day of arrival helped with the luggage and called, invited to check in as soon as the room was ready, not waiting for 5.00 p.m., in the future also solved all issues quickly and competently.

Holidaying with family (two children) in August 2024! This is the second time we've stopped! Great hotel! Great staff!
It's great! And location and rooms, grounds and breakfasts! Great spa area! Thanks for the renovation!
There are little downsides to correcting which would bring the rest to 10 out of 10!
There is no washing machine in the two-room room (two san knots, space is available), no laundry (rest with small children!), many tourists, like us, arrive by car - no trolley for suitcases! Rest starts with a warm-up) In the bathroom drain to the floor - you need a small sideboard, water flows outside the shower!
Everything else is spotless! Bye...
Thanks for the vacation!!!

Before booking the hotel, a call was made to the hotel, inquiring about the spa, I was told that all services could be paid and booked on arrival. As a result, when we arrived, we didn't get spa services because we had to book in advance. The water in the pool was cold (declared +29, in fact degrees +20), in the Finnish sauna the declared temperature was 80-110, in fact +30), in the Turkish sauna there was very little steam, in the Russian bath the temperature did not correspond to the declared temperature). The beds in the room turned out to be separate, there is no choice of separate beds or shared beds on the site, and there is no choice of room view. After paying for the reservation, only inform that noisy works are taking place on the property.

A good hotel, we had a family room, large, clean, everything in the room was simple, but new or in good condition. In the bathroom all cosmetics are provided, there is a dental kit. The restaurant has quite a varied cuisine, but it’s annoying that the waiters take a very long time to replace an empty dish, an empty tray can be left until one of the visitors asks to replace it or the place will be empty for a long time, I somehow waited for minutes 20 weak-willed fish, until I asked if there would be more, then they brought it instantly. There is a feeling that the waiters can take the food home or eat it themselves after the restaurant closes, if there is any left. Everything else about the hotel is great! When it snowed, suddenly a lot of wipers appeared and it felt like it was snowing everywhere except the hotel area. The pool is clean, the water is comfortable, the saunas are great, there is ice and a bucket of ice water.
