We stayed at Terijoki Hotel for 6 nights. One of the best hotels I have even been to! The food is delicious (specially breakfast and sushi dishes, which are served on weekends). Customer service is top notch. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily (bed sheets and towels changed every day). We had a bouquet of flowers in the room, however we did not have a vase for it and we put it in the bottle of water. While cleaning the room, housekeeping staff brought a nice vase and put the bouquet in it. Such a nice touch! We had a room that was facing the water. The view was breathtaking! Also had the best sleep on the comfortable bed. On the last day I had a massage, which was a great experience. The massage therapist is so professional and definitely knows how to perform his job the best he can. Overall we had a blast and hopefully we will come back soon! We stayed at Terijoki for 2 nights on a week-end to get some quietness out of St. Petersburg. First of all it was very quiet out there, Terijoki resort wants to give a high-level impression, unfortunately the only thing which is high level is the price. At all other points the hotel is only 3star-average. Our morning started late with the breakfast opening at 9:00, also Pool and Spa open at that time. Breakfast it-self is rich and tasty and the view to the sea is very relaxing. Concerning the fitness-area, it is a small dark room stuffed with too many excercise devices for that little area. The indoor-pool is a playing area with whirlpool-function on some places whereas the outdoor pool is a 25m-lane, good for serious swimmers. Both pools are with salty water. In the SPA-area you also can find a steam-bath and a sauna which are free of charge. Our spacious room had a small balkony located to the south with a view to the sea. The interior was functional, unfortunately all descriptions and the room menu where only in russian and there was no complimentary water, tea or coffee, which we expected at this price and level. The bath room was comfortably small, with a bath tube but for that case a small amount of bathing foam was missing in the shower-kit, as well as there was no body lotion.

This modern hotel is located in about an hour drive from St. Petersburg. You can also get there by taking a local train from the Finlyandsky Railway Station plus a short taxi ride. The hotel is facing a small harbor and a beach and is also adjacent to a park complex.
The lobby is cozy and check-in process was fast and welcoming. My Comfort room was large and faced the Golf. The room was modern, comfortable and had a small balcony. The bathroom was somewhat basic but functional and had all of the amenities. The service in the hotel was very good. The hotel has a nice spa and both indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast buffet had a good number of local choices and the area has a lovely view of the golf. Their second restaurant is in a separate building just outside. The restaurant is very good, offers local and international delicacies for dinner and pleasant environment. Overall this hotel is a solid choice for leisure stays in the area.

Expensive. Unfriendly reception. Swimming pool and Segway are the only entertainments available. Restarant is acceptable but nothing special.
I would recommend to find something else to spend your weekends.

It has been a birthday surprise for my husband, which he ended up to like so much we are returning for our wedding anniversary there. We have spent overnight there in the middle of working week, so there were really just a few other guests. There were only couple of other tables occupied in the restaurant, which made the dinner even more intimate. the food was delicious and various. breakfast menu is much better than in many other buffet breakfast offers. We have chosen the standard room, overlooking the forest and the hotel pool. The room is really cozy, marine landscapes are everywhere. Pool is for free each morning for the hotel guests, and there were just the two of us in the morning time, before breakfast In general, we liked it so muc, we are looking forward to our next weekend there

The hotel location is loveable - solace sea view, silent forest, fresh air, floating boats and all this benefits are in an hour by car from Saint-Petersburg. It was nice to find that the hotel is a new building with a graceful facade.
But the room furniture is shabby, bath curtain is not handy and therefore while taking shower you will inevitably flood the floor. True disappointment was a spider web in all four room corners. Of course it's not like in a cave of a black witch, but nevertheless it's unpleasant to know that while your are sleeping eight-legged neighbours are crawling around.
Receptionists were neutrally cheerfull, but lately I called asking about the forgotted stuff in the room and the girl that promissed to call me back didn't do that. It would be fair to note that the weitress at breakfast was very helpful and it was a real pleasure to talk to her, but the malicious cleaning lady balanced good impression afterwards.
Overall I've got very contraversal feeling from this place. On one hand you get good location and new building, on the other one you see battered furniture and broken foosball; helpfull weitress and gloomy cleaning lady; free bar and payable gym and swimming pool. And the real frustraction is the charge of $250-$300 per night which looks extremely overpricing.

NOO FOR INTERNATIONAL TOURIST! They cancelled my old Registration and never gave a new document and now my VISA application is cancelled because of them. When we called them, they said they cannot help, if you guys cannot deal with International law, then don't invite them to your resort

We loved the place. Stayed there for three nights in September, during shoulder season. We booked a sea-view standard room which boasted a mind-blowing panorama over the Gulf of Finland and generally was cozy, comfortable, tidy, practical and warm (important when it's windy outside). Service was professional and friendly, chambermaids did a great job, girls at the reception desk were genuinely hospitable, rather knowledgeable and well-trained. Smörgåsbord breakfast was gorgeous and lavish, their home-marinated salmon tasted like real Scandinavian lax and they offered kids buffet as well. Marvellous! It was slightly puzzling, however, so see rather a basic bathroom with inexpressive tiles in otherwise an elegant room. One could also open only a balcony door that is there were no ventilation windows so at night draught was a drag. Number of plugs is insufficient either so do take a couple of electric tee sockets with you or ask their receptionists. Sound insulation is not perfect - guests above had fun and booze till midnight and we could distinctly hear not only them moving chairs but also cackling. Pain in the ... back. But all these trifles do not mean that the place is not worth staying at. To the contrary! Flatly recommended. You won't regret it.

It was our second stay here - again we came for a relaxing weekend on April (previous one was a month ago). What was our surprise that in the room we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and eggs and Russian easter pie. It turned out we came on Easter eve. SPA was great, as well as the breakfast. On breakfast you can take salmon and a white wine/champagne.

This place is really good located. Less than one hour from St. Petersburg by car. There are beautiful sea view and small town's park with ferris wheel, you can also find a small zoo and airtube attraction in this park. The swiming pool was fun, especially outdoor one (they have two pools inside and outside the building, these pools are connected so you can just swim from one to another without leaving the water). Really good massage. Keep in mind school holidays time before booking, a lot of people like to visit this place with kids. Service was just not as good as it could be, but still good for Russian tourism industry.
