Excellent intimate hotel with super staff and spa treatments! It was our first time, we came for one day for a spa program. There is a tennis court, but unfortunately it was not possible to try it because of the rain. I really liked that the rooms have a kettle, hairdryer and all hygiene products including bathrobes. The beds are very hard for those who have back problems, but those who like soft mattresses will find it hard. We rested with my wife on September 14-16, full compliance with 5 stars, starting with such little details of arrival as a hotel employee who came out and saw our entering car and freed up a parking space, and ending with calm, neat, unobtrusive service in everything. We stayed in the Hollywood suite, it's really a suite, the room is huge, high quality, everything is written about it on the hotel website. Outdoor pool 25 meters, with aero/hydromassage, large selection of spa treatments, beautiful area with access to the bay. A separate conversation about the restaurant "Birds and Berries" - everything is very tasty, haute cuisine both in the quality and execution of the dishes. Don't waste your money and nerves on a worthless hotel! Now there are 3 star hotels that are 100 times better than this one. We lived in a 2-room "suite" Hollywood. From Hollywood there are only a few pictures from the Internet, dust on the curtains, cobwebs on the chandeliers, shabby furniture, doors, windows, terrible curtains that have not been washed since opening, the mattresses are all stained, the old parquet is badly scratched, in some places there are not even dies, black a dusty floor lamp, air conditioners rattling from age - the color of a child's surprise, dirt in the corners of the rooms and bathtubs. In the bedroom they hung some type of blinds, but saved on size - they do not reach the window sill, so the lights from the area and car headlights shine day and night. In the room where there is a sofa there is a cardboard door to the next room - the audibility is off the charts - you can hear the neighbor, excuse me, farting in the toilet, not to mention the conversations or running of children. The website says a view of the bay - this means that through the trees you can see gray waves in the distance, and to the left is the roof of the restaurant with a rumbling generator and air conditioners. There is a dirty curtain in the bathroom, there is mold in the corners, after taking a shower the water does not go down the plumbing drain and it starts to smell like sewage - I had to call a plumber! The children's playground is poor, the area is small and well-kept, there is a large pool outside, the indoor pool is small and cold. For many years I chose this hotel and considered it one of the favorites in the suburbs of Petersburg, that is, the memories of the hotel were extremely positive. Haven't stayed here for 2 years, this year decided to stay on their wedding anniversary, arrived at the hotel late by 8:00 p.m. after work. Angelina's girlfriend met us at the reception without asking for our wishes or telling us anything about the hotel (before my marriage I stayed under a different name and she didn't know we were regular guests who missed only one summer) and started talking about the rules and restrictions. I asked if we can extend the room for a day-answer negative, I go to the site and see that it is our room category (luxury with sauna) that is available and ask if we can make a late check-out-answer "only for the cost of a full day" (how is this even possible???).
