Booked a studio for two nights at the Atlantis Spa Hotel. The hotel is new, the room is large, with a spacious terrace. There is a kitchen which has a cooking surface, oven, dishwasher, kettle. Plates, cups, appliances are quite a lot, but from cooking dishes - only one small pot. No microwave. You can't roast anything because it's a very sensitive fire alarm.

Cleaning once every three days or on request. On request, we were only supplied with new bottles of water and threw out the garbage, not even changed the towels. A few times during the day they asked the reception to change towels. Didn't wait until 9 p.m. to get clean.

The price includes a visit to the spa area. It has a large swimming pool, loungers for relaxation, and a sauna and hamam in the women's and men's changing rooms. There is an evening session for adults only (all sessions must be booked in advance). When recording, we (and, it turns out, many others) were not warned about the strange rules of this session. Hotel management decided that visitors will come to it by washing in their room in advance, and then, after visiting the pool, will also not use showers, but will leave in wet swimwear and bathrobes to bathe in their room. Therefore, during this session, opposite-sex access to the sauna and hamam in the women's and men's changing rooms (optional). And then the situation became extremely uncomfortable. Women, not alerted to strange rules, wash in the shower. At this point, a couple walks into the shower, who have been told about the possibility of visiting the sauna and the hamam together, the route to which is through the shower. We asked the receptionist to look into this strange situation, but he said it was fine, and we should have gone to the hotel's website in advance and read what it said about the spa's rules during this session. We are not obliged to study the hotel website before visiting the spa area, but the receptionist is obliged to warn about such strange rules of this session when making an appointment. No one even apologized to us for the inconvenience. All matters had to be dealt with independently (going into the hammam and asking the men to come out so that they could wash and change).

We were with friends at the Aurora Hotel. The positives are a good swimming pool, spacious, well-equipped rooms, beautiful views, large area for walking. That's where the positives end. The management is terrible: for a lot of money, the breakfast is poor, and you need to get there from 9 to 10, there is simply nowhere to sit and drink coffee, we found the Aurora restaurant, ordered coffee, it was brought in cups without handles! You have to sign up for the pool (at intervals of three hours), in the morning the smell of sewage was the icing on the cake, it was impossible to walk. A lot of money has been invested in the complex, but the organization and maintenance spoil everything.

We went with our family to celebrate a girl’s birthday, in the townhouse for 8 there was a compliment of fruit and champagne, it was nice, well done.
The territory is good in general, BUT, it turned out that at the time of arrival we arrived in the fall, and the next day there were knee-deep snowdrifts, there were a lot of paths made of slippery slabs on the territory, they were everywhere, during the whole day no one worked with a shovel and nothing was sprinkled anywhere , almost broke all my legs while walking around the territory.
Everything there is very VERY strange, from the slippery slabs on the roads to the layout of the house and spa complex.
The house has a toilet and shower on the 1st floor at the entrance. Downstairs there is a sauna and toilet. And there’s a shower in the sauna, you can’t wash yourself if someone is sitting in the sauna. And on the second floor, there are three bedrooms, in which there is one bed 140*200, and two single beds in the other two rooms. And there is no toilet. Going down these stairs at night is not an option...

Everything at the spa was done in a moronic way; the designer was probably very drunk, along with whoever claimed it.
Going up to the 2nd floor from the administration, which says “come up, there’s a ticket office”, the first thing is the women’s locker room, you need to ignore it and move on. Next is a pool with sun loungers and a basket with shoe covers))) for dear men who will go to their locker room over the heads of those swimming with their things))))
Also, the Turkish and Finnish saunas themselves are located right in the locker rooms, separately in the women's and men's, what is this... plus you undress yourself, the door from the toilet opens, but it is through, and from the pool you can see your bare butt))))

The water is supposedly 29, the air is 30, the water is 26 degrees, maybe we were so unlucky in the morning, because from the men’s locker room someone opened the entrance door wide and the air was -5.....

Twofold, but definitely not super bad

The Aurora Club is located in a unique place called the Seven Lakes. Our family likes to come here for a break from city workdays. On the territory many manga areas, boat rental, equipped beach, chic sports building, building for children Activiti, stadium. Atlantis has a Spa, swimming pool, sauna, hamam. The pool itself is great, but the water is cool, so you freeze. Big ask, if this is not a sports pool, but a relaxation area, please make the water temperature warmer. Relaxed in Repino Park, there is very comfortable water in the pool, in the Spa area. Atlantis and Odysseus lived in the enclosures - we really enjoyed it. There are 2 restaurants on the grounds of the club, but the prices there are, in my opinion, somewhat inflated and the quality of the dishes we did not like. Let me be clear, it didn't taste very good. So we forgot breakfast, lunch and dinner, and cooked ourselves, the blessing in the Atlantis building is a kitchenette area with dishes. I want to mention the girls from the cleaning service, the cleaning is always wonderful, the girls are friendly, all issues are solved promptly. Rooms have bathrobes and slippers , very nice shower set. 🔥Nice to get a compliment from the club when coming on holiday on your birthday, or wedding anniversary. Thank you for your attention, compliment 🔥🔥🔥🔥🙏🏻❤️. Wonderful and attentive staff at the reception and spa, always go to the meeting of guests' wishes, try to take into account all nuances. A special huge Thank you to the staff of the booking department for your patience and understanding. The Aurora Club is a place you want to return to, where you have preserved nature, successfully creating a place for recreation and sports.

Just disgusting. Don't set foot here again.
We arrived and somehow found the reception. Of course, it is very difficult to make a large sign above the entrance. Have guests circle around looking for the main door.
After standing in an incredible line, they began to process us. This lasted more than an hour because they could not find the keys to our room.
An hour later, the key was finally found. He was carried very impressively by a hotel employee. We were exhausted from the road, with a small child, we went to check in. The house was quite far from the main building. And of course, we were not escorted. Apparently because we bought the Reef - this is the cheapest of the rooms. We found a building. And then the fun began.
The building is old and unpleasant. The porch resembles an entrance from Soviet times.
The corridor, the stairs, everything reminded us of old smelly houses.
We started looking for our number. The rooms are numbered, but ours was without a number. Having run through 4 floors more than once, we finally returned to the one that was not numbered.
And oh, miracle! We were able to open...
What was waiting for us there? Stink, dirt, garbage. Broken things and!!! Drunk man in the room!!!
I freaked out and went to the main building. We were very quickly given another room next to this wonderful man.
We finally got into the room. Old furniture, shower and toilet made so cheaply that you can't even look at them with tears.
Thank you for at least it being clean. It was very unpleasant to be there. The man who slept in our room through the wall snored, sniffled, howled and shuffled his feet all night. You could hear it all!
The only thing I liked about the room were the pillows. They were gorgeous! Yes, and the linen in the crib was beautiful.
I bought a room with a view of the lake, and the one we got was on the territory of the park. In the evening the dog was still barking. Otherwise, we don’t have enough of them in the city.
Breakfast is bad. The furnishings and interior of the “restaurant” are the University canteen. And very tasteless. The same goes for the other restaurant. There is also little tasty food there.
I liked the pool, big and deep. There is a safe section for children. But again you need to sign up a day in advance and pay. True, we were allowed to swim for free once. So they wanted to apologize for the misunderstanding in the rooms.
Very cool place to milk children. Lots of slides, games, climbing frames. There was a nanny. And the game is also paid, of course;)))
Despite the pros, there are more cons. After walking around, I didn’t want to return to this miserable room.
We won't come here again.

We stayed in Aurora for 2 nights during our children's holidays. To say I'm shocked is an understatement. They planned that I would work as a child at the children's club, and go to the pool in the evening after work. I clarified in advance whether it was possible to leave the child in the children's club, they said up to 6 years old only under your responsibility, sign the paper, etc. The child will be 6 years old in a couple of months, independent, walking everywhere alone for a long time. When we arrived, there was an administrator at the entrance to the children's room - children under 6 years old are not allowed without a parent. But I called and clarified??? No. In front of her, we call the reception, they say sign the paper and leave it, the administrator still cannot. I understand that instructions are instructions, but did your employees misinform me in advance? I wouldn't come to you in that case. As a result, the child is in tears, and I have to go to work in the room.
By the way, the children's club (PAID!) turned out to be absolutely pointless, there is a labyrinth with balls, trampolines, but zero toys, no cars, no construction sets, no coloring books, there is NOTHING to do there! There is a children's kitchenette without utensils and without toy products... But how to play with it?) No comments. There are no nannies! In a paid club! no nannies!!! During the school holidays there was only one animation a day, in the evening, boring! The child didn't like it, almost everyone was bored. In other hotels there are always nannies in the children's room, and during the holidays there are classes and activities from morning to evening, and you have never had to pay extra for this.
Next, I called to find out how to sign up for the pool, by the way, the event is absolutely not budgetary, 1500 rubles for 2 hours. At the reception they said APPOINTMENT DAY TO DAY. Call in the morning after 9. I call exactly at 9, as a result, registration for the evening is closed, since you need to register 24 hours in advance. There are many more people in the pool than there are sun loungers. Although the space allows for 10 more pieces.
I would also like to note that all establishments on the territory have strange operating hours. Breakfast starts at 9, although working people and children usually get up at 7-8. You could go to the hall while waiting for breakfast, but it also starts at 9. The first session in the pool is from 9 to 12, at the same time there is breakfast, and people from this session do not get to breakfast. Restaurant on weekdays and Sundays. open until 21, that is, if you went to the pool for the penultimate session from 18 to 20, you will not have time to have dinner. And even when Monday was a day off, the restaurant was open until 21:00 (kitchen until 20:30, as well as a session in the pool). And everything like that.

The impression was saved a little by the fact that the Aurora restaurant was absolutely delicious, although there were some nuances; half of the menu was always out of stock. There were no dumplings for either adults or children, pancakes were constantly running out, we were never able to get meatballs with mashed potatoes - everything that children love most. Fortunately, I took food with me for the child, otherwise I would have remained hungry. Instead of a cocktail, they once brought a glass of protein foam... In general, it’s not ideal, but the food in particular is very tasty.
The free breakfast was also good. The products are simple and cheap, but everything was very varied. There were not enough vegetables, both fresh and thermally processed. There were also terrible sausages - the only meat at breakfast. And when we left on the last day and finished breakfast, they brought out excellent sausages.

I don't recommend forgetting any items at Aurora Country Club. The jbl column was left at the reception. As soon as possible I called the reception, the column was found, they promised to transfer it to the office in St. Petersburg. Then it began. I wrote four emails and received no response. I called countless times and tried to return the speaker. The result is that we don’t know where your column is; someone probably took it. The result is that I was left without a speaker worth almost 20 thousand rubles. It's a shame.

Good afternoon, we rested at the Base in July, incredibly beautiful area, two lakes (catamarans, boats, SUPs - very affordable prices), the staff at the reception and in the spa area are very friendly and good-natured, ready to happily solve any issue, the massage therapists are simply super (girl and young man) excellent body and face massage. We lived in a cottage for 4 people, Soviet refurbishment, as well as pillows, blankets, bed linen, as if everything was left over from the old camp. And of course, the cherry on the cake is the restaurant, the waiters who don’t know the MENU, who bring out cold dishes, the cooks who hand out burnt omelets, hellishly salted salmon!!! And the cheesecakes, it’s terrible, it’s like they’re made of paste, it’s simply impossible to eat!!! The quality of the purchased products is the cheapest, for this reason it is simply not possible to have a buffet breakfast, the cheapest sausages, sausages, ham and cheese. It stopped raining outside for like two hours, the sun came out, but you can’t sit on the terrace, there are not enough tables, in good weather you have to sit indoors!!! Change the restaurant manager urgently!!!!
