We stayed in this resort for our honeymoon one night. The resort is beautiful, very quiet and with a magical atmosphere at night, with a feeling of being immersed in the desert! They organize several activities at the same resort. Food is amazing! To highlight especially the kindness of all the staff, especially Saleh, who was watching if everything was okay and available for any request we would like to do. They made us a wonderful honeymoon detail in bed and a photo with each of the staff's signatures, we loved it!! The only thing we didn't like was that the outdoor pool was not available, they told us there had been a sandstorm last night and could not be used for safety, but we could use the interior one that was pretty, because of the inconvenience they offered us dinner. In general, very happy to have stayed there, we already feel like going back!!…

I visitted the resort with my friends hoping for a unique experience at the desert and the resort exceeded my expectations. The facilities and in house activities were amazing and we enjoyed them very much. The staff were very helpful especially Mr Kebba who greeted us right from our car. Then he accompanied us for a very smooth check in procedure and took us for a tour around the resort. I would like to say thank you for all of the staff who work here for providing us with such an awesome experience. Highly recommend to visit this place ❤️

We really enjoyed staying in the hotel , the tent was clean with complimentary snacks and fruits . W came to celebrate mu daughter birthday the made a nice surprise for her and bring the balloons, cake , and the falcon to our tent , we take a pics , the staff were very kind especially Ukhasha , he helped us a lot . We recommend the hotel for everybody who want a quiet place away from the city noise .

This hotel is a 10 out of 10! Even before we arrived, the hotel contacted us via WhatsApp and informed us about the daily activities etc. So we could already plan our day on the way there. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. everything fits together very well. the whole hotel area is very well maintained. the service is extremely good! the restaurant fits in perfectly with the rest. the food is varied and of very good quality. The service deserves special mention. All employees are extremely nice and helpful. All in all a great hotel. I will come back!

Very clean, beautiful, and quiet resort, a perfect place to disconnect from the noisy world. The resort has a beautiful, authentic local design, lovely pool and plenty of activities to choose from. What makes this place really stand out are the people who work here, they are absolutely wonderful with the most genuine hospitality I have ever experienced. They all made our stay memorable, but I would like to say a special thank you to Abuhammed and duty manager Joseph for their amazing hospitality and friendliness, and for going out of their way to make my birthday special. Also special thanks to duty manager Salah, Ukasha, restaurant manager Fawza and the whole F&B team for their genuine care and friendly attitude. I enjoyed every minute of my stay in this fantastic resort: very friendly staff, fulfilling every wish - thank you Jamal, Joseph and all the others!
