I found this hotel on Booking.com as I had to be in Norwich early for a meeting the following morning and this was only a few miles from the centre of the city. The car park is huge so parking was not an issue. I was met at reception with a smile and a warm welcome which was typical of... More

Wonderful place just twenty minutes from Norwich, which was ideal as we'd travelled down from Birmingham to do the Tour de Broads. We were able to lock our bikes up in a secure shed which was brilliant. And the staff were attentive and looked after us during our stay. Food was exceptional in the restaurant, well worth the hype, especially... More

Popped along for a quick meal this week. Staff are generally very helpful and fun. The food varies, depending on who is in the kitchen. Specials always different each day. Tasty food and reasonable value for money.

Staff welcoming and very friendly. Food excellent and didn't have to wait too long. Was asked several times if everything was ok. Even our dogs were made welcome. Would definitely go again. I had chicken, new potatoes and ratatouille. My husband had steak. The brownie, cherries and honeycomb ice cream was amazing!

Could not believe the standard of the accommodation. Safe to say this is the best accommodation we have stayed in in the uk. Top notch. Bathroom products great. Electric shower with touch controls was a dream. Full free view, rather than the watered down version you get in some places. Breakfast fantastic. As much juice etc you could want and... More

Went to celebrate my mums birthday, the food and service were just...ok, I found the food to be well cooked but very bland , they must of run out of salt and pepper , the cabbage and carrots were just plan boiled and dumped on the plate seemingly as an afterthought , the dauphinois again just layered very tasteless and... Really Great food (dinner and breakfast). Lovely attentive staff. Great sized clean room in the annexe with parking right outside. Nice big bathroom with a great shower and separate bath. The only negative was the wifi, which I think was the fault more of the provider (signal was good, but it kept kicking you out). EE phone signal non existent,... More

Attended a Christening buffet here and stayed overnight. Well done Marsham Arms, you got it just right! A clean well presented room. A comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. There is a bar area, an eating area and a small function room which was perfect for our family christening. The function room lead out into gardens that were pretty and... More
