Just returned from a two week stay at Ciarans and really couldn't fault it at all. I loved everything about it. The setting and atmosphere of the whole place is fantastic, with the huts set amongst lovely, well tended gardens and a big fish pond in the middle. Our hut was roomy and had everything we needed. Both the main...

What to say. This was our second visit. This time we took our kids and stayed there for a week as part of a very special and personal journey for our family and we loved every minute of our stay. They have nice A/C rooms if that's what you are after but we were all in a non A/C beach...

We travelled from Candolim to have a 2 night stay in palolem. We originally stayed 2 nights in very basic beach huts, but ate at the tapas bar which is part of ciarans which the food and the service was fantastic. The following morning we had a look at the accomadation at Ciarans and decided to extend our stay. As...

We recently had a lovely 4 night stay at Ciarans to kick off our 6 week backpacking trip around India. We had pre-booked an airport transfer directly with the owner which we were slightly nervous about as we landed at around 1am. We were greeted by our friendly driver who got us to to the guesthouse safely, which was just...

We stayed at Ciaran's at the beginning of March 2017 for 3 nights. We had the most wonderful time. The rooms are simple, but clean. The breakfast is fine, however I do think they could improve this. They have a beautiful tapas bar with delicious food, and their main restaurant serves really good food too. They've got a spa and...

We ate here one evening, not the cheapest restaurant in resort, we went for higher end priced food and both of us were ill for 2 days! Avoid eating here at all costs, a disgrace when you consider this is one of the most expensive restaurants serving western type food that still gives you Delhi belly.

We stayed in an ac room and it was very simple and the little furniture that was there had obviously been there since the place was built but it was ok. Breakfast was included and it was a good buffet. We felt the restaurant staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. When we asked for anything special we felt we...

We booked 4 nights at Ciarans in February and were really looking forward to our stay. The pictures on the website look lovely and we had head glowing reviews. Prior to our arrival I pre-paid for a sea-facing hut and booked a cab through Ciarans from the airport to the hotel. We booked our reservation months in advance and confirmed...

Firstly, we apologize "AGAIN" for what happened with the booking. We do accept our mistake and we understand that , not only you but even if we were the guests we would have reacted the same way you did. You alleged us by saying that we did not apologize , wherein we did apologize to you not only once or...

Accommodation is extremely noisy (fireworks, dogs barking/howling, crows crawing, drums going) all night long. It's also dark, dingy, hot and very uncomfortable. Nowhere to comfortably lay back and relax in the heat. If you're not planning on sleeping, stay here, if you do want to catch some zz's, definitely don't stay here!
