Two friends and myself stayed at the Hordatun Hotel on our way do the Trolltunga hike while we in Norway visiting from the US. I was booking a hotel just now and it clicked in my head that I meant to leave a review for the amazing service we received! First of all, we had a room in the center...

One of my beloved places in Norway. Hotel is situated in beautiful scenery of Roldal. Ewery room or apartament has a kitchen with ewerithing you need to prepare or eat meal. This is helpful because in Norway eating out is expansive. Rooms and apartaments are good sized well eqiped and clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Over the tíme...

GOOD: Breakfast buffet is okay. Beautiful view on the fjord. Large room. BAD: WiFi sucks. When reading previous reviews they must know this but it seems that they don't care. Just restart the router the girl told me. Well, there were three routers in my room and a jungle of cables. With other words, a complete mess. And in the...

The hotel is located in a special place with impressive view to the lake and mountains. The rooms are really big with kitchenette (it is more like an apartment hotel). Normal breakfast, good service (our group of 50+ receive our dinner after midnight - after a 4 hrs delay due to emergency road repairs).

Stayed in the Hordatun Panorama, an extension at the back of the hotel. We were booked to flat 107 on the 1st floor with the view of the mountain and the hotel in front of us. Check-in & out went smoothly. Staff are accommodating and would assist you to any queries you may have in mind. Note that, the panorama...

The Hordatun Hotel in Røldal, is a very nice place to stay for both families, couples and singles. The resort is located near the fantastic Røldal Skisenter, where a variety of hills can be tested. Nice after ski bar as well!

Firstly the main attraction was the hotel was in the middle of some beautiful scenery, there is also a handy bus stop right outside the hotel that can take you to Bergen, Odda, Roldal, to Oslo. We took a bus straight from Bergen to Hordatun with very minimal fuss. As we approached the the hotel we were greeted by 2...

Great view but plate breakfast when not crowded in September. Stave church in Roldal worth a visit, try to see interior. Early risers may see the morning fog on the lake. Convenient stop coming north from Stavanger.

Really enjoyed staying here. Fantastic facilities, beautiful location & excellent free wifi & a great breakfast. Nothing bad about this place at all, perfect! Not far from a supermarket & with great kitchen facilities in the apartment we cooked our own dinner, but you can also eat in the restaurant at the hotel too
