We stayed at Westpoint B&B in June 2016. We were attending a wedding reception at the Reid rooms which is only about 10 minutes drive away. Our stay was just for one night. Everything was clean and the bathroom was fairly large with separate bath and shower. Our bed was comfortable enough. Full English breakfast is provided in the morning... More

Very comfortable, cosy house in the countryside. The lady who runs the b&b is very sweet and made us feel very welcomed in her home. The breakfast was lovely too. Ideal place to stay if you are a wedding guest at the Reid rooms.

Great place to stay if you are a wedding guest at the Reid rooms. Ideal check in time of midday and the room was perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety to suit all, there was also tea/coffee and water in the room. Highly recommended.

The shower was broken that morning. Either stone cold or too hot. They said they would have to get it fixed. The bed duvet smelt sweaty, and when I highighted this fact they said that they had it dry cleaned 2 months ago. Now I prefer to clean my bedclothes weekly! The matress was springy and worn. They have regular... More

We had two nights in this lovely guest house. Our room was spacious and had en-suite loo and washbasin. We shared the bath/shower room with one other guest, but never saw him! Breakfasts were cooked to order and delicious. Excellent pub 15 mins walk away - we ate there both evenings. Altogether a super place and one to which we... More

Like several other reviewers, we booked this great b&b as we were going to a wedding at Reid Rooms. The proprieters Barbara and Doug are lovely, very welcoming. Our room was spotless, v comfortable. Had toliet and basin in our room and sole use of bathroom just along the landing as no one had booked that particular night. Tea and... More

We stayed here on the way to a wedding. The proprietors were so friendly and willing to help in any way they could. They were very informative about the area. They even arranged a cab for us. In the end we took our car and got a lift back but the owner Barbara offered to drive my husband back in... More

We were invited to a wedding reception at the nearby Reid Rooms and decided to book Westpoint B&B as an overnight stop before travelling back to Suffolk the next day. Couldn't fault the effort of the owners to make our stay as comfortable as possible and always had the time to talk to us and give us information of the... More

“The rooms were just what I would expect from a b&b for this price. They were bright, clean and comfortable. The room with the en-suite does only include toilet and wash basin but there is a lovely large bathroom just at the end of the corridor which is more than adequate.”
