I stayed here with my partner and 2 kids as we had a sporting event the next day and it was closer to the venue than home. When we arrived we were greeted very polite and she helped us with checking in. When we got to the room it was very hot as the heating was on and the window shut so the first thing we did was turn it off and open the window while we went next door to the harvester for dinner but when we got back it was still very hot and stuffy. The room itself was very clean and ready to get a good night sleep, we ended up taking the duvet out the covers to cool down overnight and we asked the lady on the front desk for a fan which she went to find as they didn't have one readily on hand, but she brought one to our room for us. The lady on the desk was very friendly and willing to help with our needs. the next morning we went down for breakfast, there was a good range of food available and was tasty, the only thing that could be better was the bacon was dry and greasy. even though we were right next to a main road and not fair from the M1 it was very quiet and could sleep with the window open all night. Overall the stay was pleasant, ive stayed in a few premier inn's and it is my go to hotel and although the family room was a little small for my taste i would be happy to stay here again. …
Stayed here for two nights due to location as I was flying into Luton late at night and collecting my partner from Heathrow the next morning, we then stayed an extra night to unwind after flights. The room was perfectly adequate and clean with a comfortable bed, had everything we needed including a hairdryer and WiFi. The bathroom was small (door opened across the basin area) and in need of some attention but clean and good water pressure from a rain shower. We thought breakfast ended a bit early but that's because we missed it by 10 mins due to jetlag. The restaurant across the car park (totally separate to the hotel) was convenient and usually open all day which is part of the reason for choosing this hotel, so we could eat nearby. However it was shut during our stay at dinnertime and in the morning due to a plumbing issue. That was a shame as we didn't want to go far for dinner due to jetlag and there was nowhere else to go without a drive. The location of the Premier Inn was very good, and with plenty of free parking …
We used this hotel due to its proximity to Wembley and found it to be clean, tidy and just what i have come to expect from a premier inn with friendly staff a comfortable bed and a good solid breakfast
I stayed at this premier Inn because it was quite central for what I needed and for the things I had to do while I was there . I stayed for 8 days so I really got a feel for how it's run - which was brilliantly
Stayed at Luton South Premier Inn for 1 night as a break of journey on way to going to the FA Cup semi final at Wembley. The service from staff was very good at check in, at breakfast and on checking out. The room facilities and beds were very good. The location of the Premier Inn was ideal just literally being off junction 9 of the M1. The price for the night was very good value for money.
