We stayed here over Christmas - yes we were on a Tour, of Vienna and the Vienna Woods the hotel was very clean and the meals (buffet style) were more than adequate, plenty of choice, at both evening meal and breakfast. On christmas Eve, the owners and their families sang and entertained us with a selection of songs for the...

I stayed at this hotel along with a travel group and we had one bad experience after the other. First the hotel had overbooked and part of our tour group had to stay in another hotel even though our travel company booked this a few months ago. Some people stayed in rooms without cupboards, phones and carpeting and others were...

This is a place for bus tourist visiting Vienna. We stayed here 3 days on such a tour. It is still a 30 minute drive to Vienna but doable if the bus driver knows his way around. The description in other comments is correct: two buildings connected by a covered bridge( which we found in good condition :-). There is a nice...

Stayed here for a couple of nights during a coach tour. A beautiful spot, gardens, stream etc. The room was a decent size, bathroom ditto, and there were french windows on to a balcony shared with adjoining rooms. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the meals were good. Perhaps a bit of a haul into Vienna itself, but great if...

“Our room was good, just one thing on the 3rd floor all the rooms are in attic therefore have sloping roof not advisable if elderly or very tall (does not apply to me only 5 foot), so suggest you ask for a room away from this floor - also room 401 is right next to the bridge - may be a little noisy if hotel full.”
