We stayed here for 3 nights based on past reviews. The property is charming but that's about where everything falls apart. We were "greeted" by the most surley woman when we arrived at the hotel and made to feel as if we were inconveniencing her by checking in with a confirmed reservation. Beware of the 500 baht security deposit for... More

Stayed here for 4 nights. Small and somewhat dark room, but super clean and serviced daily with complimentary breakfast. Excellent location in Thalang Road, the nicest of the old town streets. Typical Sino-Portuguese character town house, so feels very authentic. Although you can hear footsteps and people chatting at breakfast, overall very quiet. Super good and cheap restaurants close by... More

Partner and I stayed here as our final stop in Phuket. Really quant, clean place. It was perfect and you really felt quite at home! The room was very clean, and we loved the feel of it. Partner says he would have preferred a proper bed rather than a mattress on the floor but that didn't bother me. Unfortunately we... More

Due to Sunday Night Market, we booked a night at this guesthouse. Small room, modern bathroom, AC cool enough and simple breakfast, all is satisfactions. Maybe low peak season, the questhouse is quiet and we are very enjoy the peaceful time here. If you can spend a night in Phuket Old Town, we highly recommend this guesthouse.

For one night, 99 guesthouse was perfect - the room we stayed in was small but was quiet and had a very comfortable bed, good aircon and modern bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was okay but small serving. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others for one or two nights.

Cute little rooms, pretty good for what you pay for. Staff are nice. Arrived late but still someone there to show us to our room. Showers are modern, with polished concrete and the pressure was good. Although it can be a little confusing as there is two separate shower heads, one for hot water and one for cold water. Breakfast... More

The meaning of the term has been stretched a little too far for many places claiming to be 'boutique', it is however a matching description of what you feel inside 99 Oldown Guesthouse. The location is close-to-everything in a residential road, the entrance resembles a dim souvenir shop, and all rooms at the upper floors can be reached on your... More

A really old-school feel place! I actually didn't book the room with the balcony cause of the noise reviews but then realised later on that I got upgraded to that room after I have checked in! Haha. Oh well. We're only staying for a night cause it's near the Rassada Pier so I didn't bother to change to the standard... More

Beautiful and very tasteful furnished rooms. Rooms are on the small side, but very clean and comfortable grand beds, aircon, wifi. Most helpful and friendly staff, i.e. booking taxi and further transport. Good breakfast including juice, fried egg, toast, coffee/the, fruit.

Stayed for one night. Very welcoming hospitality, very nice room exactly like in the pictures. The owner helped me with everything I needed. Located very close to the pier. Basic breakfast is included in the price. Recommended!
