We spent our honeymoon at OasyHotel in the Tuscan mountains, and it was an experience beyond anything we could have imagined! From the moment we arrived, we were so well looked after, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The team’s hospitality made us feel truly special, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

The location is breathtaking—surrounded by nature and wildlife, it felt like a secluded paradise. Waking up to the sounds of nature and exploring the beautiful scenery was a dream. The peaceful setting allowed us to completely relax and unwind, and it felt like a true escape from the world.

OasyHotel has set the bar incredibly high for any future trips. It was the perfect blend of luxury, nature, and personalised care, making our honeymoon an unforgettable experience. We can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a unique and magical getaway in Tuscany!

Came here for 4 nights and felt we’d been away for ages as there is so much to do and yet the setting is so relaxing in the middle of stunning countryside. The cabin is quite simple but comfortable. The only negative is there is no air-conditioning although, at the time of our visit even though it was 38ºc at midday in Florence, because the hotel is high up in the hills it was a good 10º lower so probably isn’t needed much and also all the windows have insect screens on them so can get a good breeze.
You get an e-bike on arrival and there are cycling and walking trails through beautiful forests and even a ‘wellness route’ of 30 special trees to sit under! They provide lots of activities like yoga, kayaking on the lake or nature walks even at night and the staff were all fantastic.
The most important thing though for me was the food. I can’t eat lactose or gluten and have quite a strict diet but they couldn’t have been more helpful or flexible, and all the staff were aware before I told them. There was always gluten free bread at every meal and they were happy to modify what was on the menu to cater for me. It was also very delicious and to a high standard.

A wonderful Italian early summer was spent here with my small family. The lodge sleeps 3 of us comfortably. Our lodge looks into the valley and each day we are greeted by chirping and singing of the birds. (They provide ear buds for this if you want to sleep in.) We have a complimentary activity each day we are here. They include bushcraft, orienteering, foraging, special walk into tbe night. Free e-bikes are provided to move around tho I prefer to walk off the food I come to love about this property.

Against a gentle advice that we actually won't need to bring snacks in cos tbe food here will be more than adequate (we are here four nights and days); I shld have heeded it. We love each dish we ate here. Nothing fell short. Every flavour and execution is par excellent. Compliments to Daniel and Emmanuel.

The team of staff here is nothing short of excellent. They are polite and attentive. Tho we are here early in the season, they did not let up with slack discipline and kept to each duty diligently.

I am already recommending this property among my circle of friends. They are bowled over by tbe range of activites available. U won't be bored here. Feel free to come in and log out fr the world.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the amazing feedback on your recent stay at Oasyhotel. We are glad to hear that your family had a wonderful stay. It was great to know that our cabins became a cozy shelter with nature’s sounds surrounding you during mornings. The activities provided were excellent and ranged from bushcraft to orienteering, foraging and night walks. What is even more fantastic is the fact that while staying with us, you decided to take advantage of using free e-bikes and also walk around. We are very grateful for your kind comments about our food. We are so happy that every meal was up to your expectations and it seems Daniel and Emmanuel actions left a good impression on you. Our team has been working hard to cater high standards as well as exceptional service; nice hearing such comment on their work from you. Thank you for recommending us to others people. I spent a week at Oasyhotel with my daughter for some get away time. The hotel was a spectacular find. Set in 1000 hectares of Tuscan forest. The lodges are minimal and comfortable with great balconies to read. There are numerous adventures to be had, including four cycle tracks (you’re given bikes on arrival) kayaking, night walking, orienteering or yoga. We had a great morning on the cheese making course. But, saving the best for last, the staff are incredible!! A totally 5-star experience, they could not have done more to make us welcome, with huge smiles, and genuine desire to make our stay a good one. We’ll be back.

We stayed here for 4 nights in October - its such a special place. You arrive through an electric gate and then leave the car at the bottom of the hill before catching a shuttle for about 20 mins to reception.

On arrival we were met by several staff (carrying umbrellas) to stop us getting wet on the 1 meter walk into the reception!! I literally felt like royalty!! ( the staff here are super attentive and this level of service continued throughout the stay - at times, it felt like there were about 10 staff per guest!!)

After check in - we were taken through the activities on offer and given a personal plan before being shown the lodge. This was only a short walk away and felt extremely private (there are other lodges but they don’t feel too close). It was foggy so no view on arrival - but when it cleared it was amazing!! There were home made biscuits and 2 juices in the fridge as a welcome drink / snack. We also had blankets for sitting outside (which I did often with my book - really lovely to chillax this way)

We did a cool wildlife walk at 5pm (included) - didn’t see any animals (they don’t like the rain and fog either!) but we managed to find porchini mushrooms which we picked and gave to the chef for dinner.

We had dinner at the main restaurant 2 times - the food is quite posh - and in addition to a complementary little treat before the meal - you can pick between appetizers, first course, main course and puddings. There is also a HUGE wine list. The first time, i had risotto and the hubbies had pasta made from our beautiful mushrooms (yummy) and then the most lovely beef with pepper / pork!! No pudding as we were stuffed!! The second time i had “naked” tortelli (the middle bit, no pasta) and the hubbie real tortelli with sauce and then the steak/pork. Hubbie managed the tiramisu this time - which was fab! The food is definitely high end and fitting of the price of the hotel. I would also have liked to try the more rustic food at Cafe Luigi - but we found out on arrival it’s only open Friday to Sunday lunch and didn’t cross over with our stay. We’d picked this place as we wanted some rustic Italian food ( so to try both restaurant).

Our time also included:

A night walk with excellent surprise!! We loved this so much- definitely worth doing - the guide (Eleonora?!) was just so lovely!!

A cocktail from Christian - he was just the best guy!! We loved chatting to him and he went to such an effort to make us the best cocktails!! And such a lovely man!

A yoga class - really really good yoga - not your usual hotel stuff - a proper class!

A massage - really relaxing!

Picnic - had bad weather and decided to have our “lake picnic” in our room. This was €80 and not quite what I would expect from this place. The cheese, meat, bread, tomato and mozzarella salad were amazing (just what i expected). There was also some other food but personally I think this could have been omitted/ swapped for more Italian fair (or just more charcuterie, bread, fruit).

Bikes and walks - we took the bikes out - electric mountain bikes - so much fun!! And so beautiful!! You really feel like you are in the middle of no where!!

The final thing to say - the breakfast are epic!! Eggs many ways plus really fresh fruit and then cakes!! So many cakes - i could have eaten everything!

Thanks for a lovely stay!

We feel so fortunate that we learned about Oasy from a Financial Times article. We were planning our honeymoon and wanted to find an experience that was out of the ordinary in Italy, and one where we could be in nature and away from big cities between stops in Florence and Rome. It completely exceeded our expectations. We knew it was in the wilderness, but a very pleasant surprise was that Oasy is nestled on top of a mountain (a 20 minute, pleasant shuttle ride from the parking lot) in the middle of the Apennines, and from the cabins you can see the valley and other mountains in the distance. Even though its a brand new hotel, almost everything about the buildings, lodges, service, and food feels totally thought out and as if they have been doing it for years. The cabins themselves are incredibly comfortable and elegant, and it was incredible to wake up every morning to birdsong and the view of the mountains. The restaurant, which uses local ingredients, had an amazing menu and election of wines. They were also able to prepare a "picnic" feast, delivered to our room. The staff--from the hotel manager, to drivers, to waiters, to our nature tour guide, were all knowledgeable, thoughtful, and attentive and made us feel at home. A small thing--the gorgeous hiking trails could have a few more trail markers, but we know they're working on adding more, and it's a small hiccup for a brand new hotel. We're excited to see how it develops and to return on our next trip to Italy.
