Flying in to Malta for the first time, it was fairly obvious how densely populated the island is. However, this hotel is located on the northern tip of the island, handily placed for access to the Gozo ferry and thus well served by public transport, and in a much quieter part of Malta. I'd say that 4 stars is reasonable....

My husband and I chose a week's break to this resort as we had never been to Malta before. The hotel was in a quiet location and that fitted the bill fine for a week. The hotel is in need of further refurbishment, which we consider for a 4*. The hallways to the bedrooms are looking tired, although the bedrooms...

We have just returned from 4 days in this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent service, huge selection of food and fabulous views from the room. Direct access to a beach. Very helpful girl at tourist desk to provide information on outside tours. Exceeded all expectations.

Located in the north of the island of Malta in a quieter location than other areas but with good bus access nearby. Lovely views with all rooms facing the sea with an attractive outlook over the bay to the town to Mellieha itself. Rooms cleaned regularly but fairly basic with tired decor and in need of some repair/repainting etc. Rooms...

THis hotel booked through Thomson holidays should not be advertised as a 4 star hotel I would class it as nearly a 3 star at the very best. We believe there around 630 guests in the hotel currently and there is room for 400 in the dining room which has led to absolute chaos at meal times. Guests are queuing...

Having read some negative reviews we went with very low expectations. As a family of four we were allocated two adjoining rooms. They were absolutely fine. Comfortable beds and tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. Cleaned daily (including Easter) and had the famous views. Staff came to fit child safety devices on the balcony and the cot was sturdy. The pools...

Just finished a one week stay with my family. We booked three rooms all inclusive. We made the best we could of our stay, but unfortunately :- The whole hotel is in a very dismal state. The rooms are dirty and shabby with the bathrooms in need of a total refit. There was little choice in the dining room, with...

This was a great hotel for a single traveller. I managed to get a great all inclusive deal with Thomson and stayed for 7 nights. The weather was amazing (I'm now very red) although as it's still early in the year the 2 outdoor pools were too cold (unless you were very brave). The indoor pool was warm but very...
