Returned from hol. On Monday this week. We found the hotel to be stunning on arrival, the reception staff were very helpfull at all times, the food was excellent, really very good across the board however the service in both the bars & restaurant was very poor. Very slow as if under staffed. Definitely not helpful at all and quite...

I'll start with the positives of this hotel. The reception was beautiful, very modern and stunning. The room we stayed in (Junior Suite Garden view) was lovely. Bed was huge, and even had a lounge area with sofa and T.V. The food was excellent, loads of choice. Breakfast had to be the best meal, anything you wanted for breakfast was...

Returned tonight from a week at the Tabaiba Princess, Maspaomas and wished we had booked two weeks. Went with Thomson and we really can't fault them from booking to the team at the resort. Hotel spotless, food excellent. Went all inclusive and were towels provided in the room and for the pool at no extra cost. Only problem for me...

Overall a good holiday. Previous comments on paying for towels/safe/no umbrellas for shade/entertainment, etc correct but did not greatly detract from having a good holiday. On occasions staff numbers seemed insufficient leading to queues in restaurant and bar with staff seeming to be stressed. Outside pool bar used for outdoor meals frequented by pigeons which could be a health hazard...

Have just returned from a weeks hols at this fab hotel. This is our 2nd visit to the Tabaiba and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was fantastic with a very varied choice. All served hot and plenty of choice, we liked the Mexican theme night with the singers who kept us entertained. We liked the atmosphere of the Nusa...

Really nice hotel - I was panicing after reading the negative reviews posted before we went, however we found it to be a lovely holiday - not 5*, but some small touches would make it so - for instance - real coffee and fruit juice, real sand on fake beach, 2 feather pillows each, upgrade balcanies, better cocktails, more cheerful...

Well after reading some reviews we were worried.... No it's not 5 star but it was still lovely, it was spotlessly clean and the maids cleaned our rooms everyday, the food was good always a good choice but the dinner room staff were slow in cleaning plates away, the bar staff worked really hard and I really loved the piano...
