Loved it. We would definitely stay here again. It's walking distance from the train station, great service, and very comfortable accommodations. Breakfast was included in our rate and it included an amazing spread of cold items and eggs and bacon were made on request. There was also free wi-fi, friendly service, and an amazing view of the fjord from our...

What a beautiful trip on a train to get there, located close to actions, restaurant, supermarket, rooms are ok, a walk around the fjord is beautiful, if you taken the buffet package they serve a great selection of dishes.

The hotel is situated near the fjord and the railwaystation. The hotel has a nice interior and makes you feel welcomed. We stayed in a suite but the room had quite a low standard. Single beds were put together to a double bed. In the morning we had difficulties finding hot water in the shower. The bathtub were small with...

We stayed in a room with a balcony. It was a lovely room on 4th floor. Everything was OK. One small thing ... my mum said the light in the bathroom automatically switched off during shower, and she needed to turn it on again (the switch is outside the room). And she felt a bit scary at that moment -...

Had a few beers here. Pretty overpriced and service is basically self serve. Didn't stay at the hotel so this review is just for the bar. The view from the bar is great and looks like it opens up in the summer.

What a scenery! Parts of the hotel isnt very modern, but they have done some work on parts of the hotel to make it more modern. The staff is very friendly, and the food is world class. We were a group of 40 guests and we were treated first class. They don't have a lot of facilities, but it's not...

The Fretheim hotel in Flam is truly beautiful and the focal point of the village. To just sit by the fire and gaze out at the extraordinary scenery was magical. Rooms were very nice and staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. A very short walk from the Flam railway.

I loved this hotel. It's nestled in the beautiful Norwegian fjords. It's idyllic and perfect. It is the quaint little tourist town of Flam. Although it was cold at night, it was worth the short walk to the centrally located pub that resembles a stave church (it is a brewery as well)... There are gift shops and large boats within...

A quite large tourist hotel with a surprisingly cozy and intimate lobby/restaurant area, despite it covering four stories. The interior has a rather kitschy approach to Norwegian folklore, still I liked it. My room was large and with a bathtub and good bed. Friendly staff. The weakest point is the food, which was variable. Good breakfast though.

30+ people stayed for the weekend, and the hotel was very helpful providing facilities for the band's training. Very good indeed! The rooms are nice and clean, good view the the centre of the village. The bathrooms are also very clean and modern. The hotel is a mix of old and new, and has some rooms with old-style decor and...
