Very cozy hotel, just a few steps away from Seinäjoki's railway station.
Very cozy and spacious room. Despite being right in front of the tracks, there is no noise coming from the railway.
Excellent breakfast and nice staff.
Reception is open only until 10 pm, but later access is easy using room card.

Upeasti, hyvällä maulla sisustettu ja tunnelmallinen hotelli, jossa erinomainen äänieristys historiaa unohtamatta. Yövyimme Kristiina-sviitissä, josta mukavat näkymät kaupungin yli. Ystävällinen ja asiakasläheinen henkilökunta omistajineen. Pysäköinti ilmainen. Paljon erilaisia huonevaihtoehtoja, jokaiseen makuun. Hyvä aamupala, suomalaisia aineksia suosien sekä rauhallinen illallispaikka päärakennuksessa, jossa kunnioitettu kaupungin mielenkiintoista rautatiehistoriaa.

Fantastic hotel designed with great taste whilst respecting the railway history of the town. We stayed in Kristina suite with nice view over the town. Friendly and customer-oriented personnel including the owners of the hotel. Free parking. Variety of different types of rooms with sauna. Good breakfast and peaceful dinner place in the main building where stories of the past are shared through pictures. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

New hotel right next to the train station. Three different buildings with different kind of rooms. Even the cheapest, standard rooms are nice and spacious. The rooms are very quiet. Friendly service at the reception.

Next time definitly this hotel. Not a chain hotel so unigue and everything is better than ok. Room was big and good beds. Only small minus comes in the midnight some child let to play and shout. And walls ain’t that thick. But other than that 9.5/10. Highly recommend

Stayed here again for one night in summer. Comfortable room, and perfect situation next to train station so very very easy to get here and relax after journey. Good position in town too so very easy to walk to anywhere you wanted to get to. Only complaint would be that our suite did have one window in the lounge area without a curtain and that meant that in the Finnish summer the sunshine came in very very early in the morning and woke my daughter up. An easy fix for the hotel though.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Room comfortable and staff friendly. Stayed in new tower building. No noise despite being right next to railway. Only suggestion is one window was missing a curtain so in summer living room stayed bright for most of night. Would stay again.

When looking for a hotel in Seinajoki, I wanted to avoid the usual chains and came across The Alma. It had good reviews, looked quirky and had an interesting history. I was hooked! The main (original) part of the hotel, is the former railway workers' meeting hall and the dining room, which is also the breakfast room, reflects this. What a magnificent room and a great place for breakfast. I had upgraded our room to one in the recently opened water tower building, which is located behind the hotel and almost directly on the railway tracks! Fear not, the windows block all the noise and the rooms are lovely. There are 2 rooms per floor and the top floor has a penthouse suite (total of 7 rooms). The elevator is modern and the rooms have been carefully decorated...exposed brick, dark wood floors, interesting art work, an espresso machine and a fridge hidden behind an old office safe! The bathroom has all you could want, including a wet room shower and a sauna and the bed was extremely comfortable. All in all, a wonderful stay and a convenient location to the train station and the core downtown area.

We didn't have a chance to eat in the restaurant, as it was closed on Sunday. We did have breakfast in the magnificent dining room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even allowed us a later checkout. The main building looked cozy but didn't see any of the rooms there.

If we go back to Seinajoki next year, will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel if you're visiting Seinajoki! The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful (fluent in english) and the location of the hotel is right on the main street in the center of town (about 1 hr drive to Vaasa airport and just a block away from the train station). There is a free parking lot attached to the hotel. My room was huge and comfortably appointed--did not visit the tower rooms, but those looked even nicer. There is also a new wing of the hotel under construction that will expand their capacity even more. Breakfast is buffet style with good variety. Will definitely stay in this hotel again on my next trip to the area.

This is not really a Bead and breakfast but rather a small high quality hotel with a classy restaurant. It is very centrally located, right next to the railway station. A fresh alternative to chain hotels.
