A very warmhearted welcome. We shared a few experiences, and we were told of the origin of the house. The room was very nice and comfortable. The morning breakfast was plentiful and excellent. A place to be recommanded.

Nice place, good and beautiful location close to lake Ruotsalainen, free parking, good breakfast. Local traffic bus to Heinola and Lahti. Close to E75 motosway. Rooms are available for customers with dogs or cats.

Lovely stay, with very friendly hosts and a clean, comfortable room. It was excellent value for money. We couldn't ask for more. Also had a lovely meal and evening at Ranta Casino in the town. Looking forward to going back in the summer.

We stayed three nights here recently, and thoroughly loved our time here. Our hosts, Stephen and Marika, were lovely, and gave us lots of great tips about what to do, where to go. We loved it as it was a small guesthouse with a cafe. My daughter is vegan, and the restaurant staff were really happy to accommodate and prepare meals for her. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to go back there again someday. Thank you for a wonderful stay !
