We desparately needed a break, but it had to be within an easy drive. We always enjoy B&Bs so searched Tripeadvisor and found Inishown Lodge. From the moment we arrived until we left both Darren and Sinead were attentive; they had many tips about the local area and the accommodation and food were great. The room was fabulous with a very confy bed and decaffeinated teabags provided as requested! The choice of breakfast was more than enough for our stay and we tried several items from the menu. We asked for various adjustements to the dishes which were accommodated. Lovely food. The area is quiet and the views stunning. We tried several walks in the area which were just what we needed. It was great to get to know our hosts and we enjoyed their company. So what is this about jigsaws in the title? My wife is a jigsaw addict and they had a wonderful selection. She finished one that was half complete and then worked her way though 150, 500 and 1,000 piece jigsaws. An added d bonus to the holiday!

Thank you both so much for leaving such a wonderful review. We are both delighted that you decided to stay with us and we could accommodate you for your mini break. From the comfy bed, great choice of breakfasts, that can be easily adjusted to suit our guests, to the local attractions within the area, we are glad you enjoyed it all! Darren and I are still in awe of your wife's jigsaw completing skills and I think I have told everyone I know my, 'impossible lockdown' jigsaw is now complete, thanks to her! Thanks again for choosing us, and we hope you are safe and well. All the best, Seinead and Darren.

We stayed for one night for an extremely sad and emotional funeral. The one ray of sunlight was our accommodation. From the minute we arrived we felt like we were arriving to our friends house for the weekend. Gorgeous breakfast could not recommend this lodge enough. Beautiful views and beautiful people.
