Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Warm welcome, attentive staff, quiet location, private parking, large and very comfortable attic room on the 3rd floor with small private terrace and view of the surrounding mountains.
Restaurant for an excellent evening, with a certain research in the preparation and quality of the dishes. (veal sweetbreads and morels. Scallops. Prawns)
Nice local wine list. Special mention for Petite Arvine and Johannisberg.
Price a little high for a three star, but we are in Switzerland.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and loved it. The restaurant was very good and the staff members were very friendly. There are 4 in our family so we got two rooms that connected. This gave us plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were good. The shower was not spacious but it was good overall. The hotel was very clean. We would stay there again and will probably go back in a few years as we made this trip for the VK race that is always held in late October.

Restaurant at the Fully hotel: very good, good value for money.
Welcoming staff, excellent food, well-maintained outdoor terrace. The products are very well cooked with beautiful flavors. Beautiful presentation of the dishes. Congratulations to the entire catering team.

This family owned hotel-restaurant is located in the heart of Fully in a very quiet area. Warm welcome, large and clean room and generous breakfast. Never mind that the bath room with its shower was rather small compared to the room itself.
The hotel which offers large parking facilities is very convenient to visit in less than 15 minutes the surroundings, inter alia, the hot springs (33°) of Saillon, wine vaults of Fully and the Gianada Foundation in Martigny famous for its remarkable paintings exhibitions. We decided to stay one evening at the restaurant of the hotel. We had a very nice dinner. The service was friendly and efficient. No doubt you are in Switzerland

Located in Fully, in a very calm neighborhood. 1 hour away from Chamonix-Montblanc in france, where you can visit the ice lake and the ice cave by train and by telefrique.
The room was very large, cleaned and well equipped with everything we needed. It was just perfect! Nice balcony with the great mountain view. A nice small breakfast.
A cool ambiance with very helpful and kind staff.

We chose this location and hotel as a base for a cycling trip - a great choice. Owner was very welcoming and staff very helpful and friendly. The food and choice of was excellent. The rooms were very clean, big and light. The facilities to store the bikes worked extremely well - spacious and safe. We also enjoyed taking a walk in this lovely village very close to Martigny, the axis for the Forclaz pass which takes you to France and the St Bernard pass to Italy. Furthermore, it's not very far to get to Lake of Geneva or to Valais central. If you like climbing with your bike, you have found the right place!! The only trouble we had was to cope with the heat (mid-30s!!)

Lovely owner...had a wonderful room in the attic including a terrace. It was quiet. We found lovely chocolate gifts on the table and coffee/tea facilities. We (8 persons) arrived with open vintage cars and could park exclusively in the courtyard. But there are plenty of parking facilities around. Very appealing seating in the courtyard. Sadly the restaurant was closed on that day so we had to go elsewhere. Nice breakfast.

If you want good food, that's the place to go. Prepare to pay for the quality though. I had lamb, so good. The serving is big enough, no need for starter. Raw beef is also good n chef will spice it up according to your desire.

My wife and I stayed here with our daughter and her two small children. They have an excellent connected two room family plan. They offer the two rooms for much less than the separate rates. The rooms were outstanding and beautiful with windows facing opposite directions. The bathrooms were immaculate and they had gourmet coffee machine, too! They supplied a nice crib for the baby. We ate dinner at their very nice restaurant and enjoyed fine cooking. A great place if you are traveling in Valais and very close to the thermal baths at Saillon. The staff was rather stiff, but polite.

the hotel is very comfortable, we had a room at the front with a terrace, right on the top floor.
Lovely welcome. Dinner was excellent in the main restaurant, as was breakfast.
plenty of parking on the pedestrianised street outside, we could see the car from the room.
As we left we were given gifts of chocolates, Raspberry and Pear cordial and a jar of apple and strawberry spread. Lovely touches.
would recommend this hotel very highly.

"We paid for indoor parking, but this was not necessary as there are plenty of parking spaces reserved for the hotel close by. Best to request a room that is not on the main village street, as this may be noisy."
