Amazing view and good rooms. You can't expect a hotel in rup nagar better than this one. I visited it twice. Make sure you make prior booking as they have limited rooms. Food is home like and you can request cook to prepare off the menu too. Service is not that amazing.

Kisan Haveli is the only decent place to stay near Anandpur Sahib. We stayed in this hotel for 1 night only but it was extremely comfortable and we faced no problems whatsoever. The best thing about this place is its exterior as you feel so grand when you enter its premises and see all that greenery surrounding you. So, let...

We stayed at Kisan Haveli on Baisakhi and were pleasantly surprised to find a good place in Anandpur Sahib. We never imagined that we could find decent accommodation in Anandpur Sahib except for the holy places. The infrastructure exists but the management is pathetic. The linen was not fresh and they do not provide the basic facilities like a bottle...

It was a great feeling to drive into the hotel and see the exteriors. But interiors demand maintenance. The ACs do not have temperature control as a result it gets too cold. They hotel did not provide extra bed sheets too! The taps are leaking and demand attention. Cleanliness is also required. But the exterior garden is lovely. It was...

We were a group of 4 friends driving from Delhi to Tirthan valley. We spent only a night here unlike pilgrims that spent a longer time in Anandpur Sahib. The hotel is built in a haveli style. The rooms (first floor) are large with attached vernadahs. The restaurant (ground floor) serves good, hearty, local food. Keep in mind that this...

We spent one night at Kisan Haveli, which we used as a stopping point on our way from Delhi to Himachal. We had a tough time finding a way to call and book our rooms – so for those of you who have the same problem, here is the telephone number: 01887 232650, 232670. The helpful Jagjivan Ji will sort...

This place is a piece of gem. I found the information online. Since it didn’t have any images online, I booked it by fluke. But it turned out totally awesome. This hotel was initially the guesthouse for our former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The location is awesome. It is situated on a hill top, and each room is treated...

Some suggested to do's on the visit to Anadpur Sahib: Visit: 1)Keshgarg Sahib: The prime Gurdwara with historic importance 2)Virasat-e-Khalsa: The state of the art museum of the Sikh History and Culture ( incl state sponsored Audio guided tours). Keep aside 1.5-2 hours for this 3)Lodge at: Kisan Haveli Good food, beautiful landscaping and setting, homely/state guest house like atmosphere,...
