The service is appalling, we had no hot water for all of our stay. Totally unorganised, they need a good manager to get things straight and back to how it used to be run. You only need to see “managements” responses on here... More

You only need to see “managements” responses on here to see they can’t take constructive criticism. I’ve still not had a promised email from Darren Solomon, which sums this place up, they just don’t care.
