I booked the room through online. Since this is a Govt. run, I opted this hotel to stay for my baby's Aksharabhyasam. After reaching there, I have shown the reception guy my booking letter. after waiting for 15 mins he said to take the room no. 102. The first impression when I went into the room was, it was neat...

We found Punnami in Basara to be the only good place available to stay over night. It is very close to the Basara temple. The play area and the gardens within the compound are good. For the facilities that were provided, and for the state of the room we had, we think this hotel is a bit too pricey.

Planning to stay at Haritha (Punnami), better think twice. There is no proper communication between the booking site and the main location. You will be in a shock when you are refused a room inspite of booking a room from somewhere else. Customer service is bad as they feel they are the rulers of the government and they can work...
