Where to start what a disaster. We arrived at what should be a four star hotel but is only a three star. The receptionist with the short dark hair was less than welcoming and her first words to us were "We have a problem. There was no reservation for us. We had booked through our travel agent for seven nights...

Last year (july 2012) my wife and I spent 7 nights at this hotel. Unfortenately it was not to be the honeymoon which we expected. Please take into account, that we are discussing a four stars hotel for which we paid a great amount of money (for normal Belgian people and standards). Therefore we were expecting only the best. FOOD...

In a tour group of 32 so it's not a small hotel but very servi e oriented staff after you get past the dragoon at the front desk.. Didn't mind our inpromtu wine tasting and even provided us plates and silverwear to share our goodies! Rooms had a musty odor but when you have the upgraded room facing the stunning...

My husband and I stayed at this little hotel several years ago while driving through the Tuscan countryside. Recently we were showing some friends the area and remembered the good experience we had here. Some roads have changed and signage is scarce, but we managed to find it again--even in the dark-- and only had to ask directions twice. It...

I've been staying here twice in business and it's a nice place. If you go to a lot of the smaller places nearby you'll never know how it turns out but this is actually nice. The pool area is great for an afternoon swim or a beer but I'd get borded to hang out there for longer. The breakfast is...

We stayed with here in June with a tour group of 18. The hotel was adequate, but many of our traveling companions had problems with the A/C. The weather was very hot, so the pool was a nice touch. The gardens surrounding the pool did not look like they had been weeded in over a month, but one afternoon we...

We wanted to stay for two weeks, but it has started as a nightmare. The room is small, called Junior Suite, but it is only a hotelroom with four beds. On the first evening, there was a wedding party for the whole night with live music. Nobody informed us from the hotel management about this and it is not on...

Nice hotel in a quiet tuscany setting, a few km from Siena. Building is an old villa, frequently used for, weddings, etc. nonetheless the area is spacious and the celebrations are not bothersome. Rooms: average but decent. Very clean. Fake french classic decor truly out of place. Do not expect Great finishes or luxurious bathroom. Bed is decent and so...
