Too many add ons many of the drinks are extra. Pool is in need of re tiling many of the sun beds are broken. Towels we were given had holes all over. Asking if the maids could leave some petals on the bed I was told that would cost 25 euros. The level of add ons is a joke the reception bar is not part of the all inclusive you have to past for that. Al la carte restaurants cost money to have drinks at.

Having read the reviews before we travelled my friends and I were really worried about coming and I contacted our tour operator to try to get moved before we travelled.
Although I agree the hotel isn't a 4/5 star it really isn't as bad as people have suggested, if you prepare yourself for a 3 star you'll be happy.
We had a mixture of superior sea view, family sea view and a swim up rooms and everyone was clean and spacious. The swim up room was gorgeous.
My superior room beds were very hard so we struggled with a full night's sleep and some days it would smell like the drains were struggling. Our plug got stuck in the stink but the hotel maintenance team fixed it as soon as we'd notified them so out of our group I just got unlucky but the room wasn't as bad as I was expecting.
Cleaners came every day and gave new towels, emptied bins and left Bottled water.
The hotel grounds were clean and some pools were being maintained and cleaned during our stay. Staff were helpful and there was plenty of choice at all meal times. Yes some foods could have been warmer but in a large room with high ceilings I'd suggest other hotels would also have a similar problem.
The calypso bar is the main issue, the toilets are tired and the whole area smells of sewage which is off putting but it does appear to be cleaned every day.
The other pool bar always looked clean and staff were helpful. A lot of choice for the local drinks but they are very sweet and sickly.
The main bar off of reception is not included in the all inclusive and all drinks are charged.
Thematic restaurants were hard to get a reservation for so download the app and try to book before you come.
We only managed to eat in the Mediterranean restaurant, the menu was confusing but the food was SO nice, I really enjoyed the food. Downside is that you have to pay for drinks and can't bring the all inclusive ones in with you.
There is definitely room for improvement but we had a great time and we definitely didn't have the same experience as some of the bad reviews. If you prepare yourself for 3 star then you won't be disappointed.

* Basic items missing from bathroom - plug missing from sink & no hand soap (despite being in the middle of a pandemic…). Also asked for reception for face cloth but was told they didnt have any and to just use a hand towel to wash my face instead!
* Hotel drinks just awful - all cocktails super sugary and only one choice of red/white/rose wine all of which tasted like vinegar. As a group of friends we’re not usually fussy with wine but none of us could finish a glass here! Fruit juices too sweet and the “table water” they gave us in the buffet restaurant tasted like pool water and gave us all poorly stomachs! If you’re happy to pay for some drinks outside of the all inclusive, the cocktails at the lobby bar are delicious though and made in proper martini shakers!
* Despite staying for a week and looking forward to eating at the x3 A La Carte restaurants during out stay, when we came to book on our first day were told that the soonest we could book for was the last night of our stay.
* Awful smell of sewage around the Calypso pool and hillside area all day every day.
* Not enough sunbeds for number of hotel guests around the pools. This really needs to be managed better by the hotel as guests leave their towels on them all day and never show up to sit on them! Frustrating when you can’t even find sunbeds to sit together at 8:30am as towels have already been put down to reserve them all!
* There is a “Relax Pool” which clearly says on the signs that this is an adults only area but there would be young kids daily in this area and again, its not enforced by the hotel.
* In general, public areas of hotel not very clean and a lot of things broken or not working eg. Pool showers dont work.
* Went to the sister hotel next door to have a manicure at their and was not impressed especially given the price - i had the acetone dropped on me and came out with my nails all different lengths & shapes!
* There was a chicken nugget in the chips box which was shockingly received by my vegetarian friend.

If you manage to get a cheap deal for this hotel and are happy to accept that its not 5 star (or even 4 star for that matter!) then i’m sure you’ll have a lovely week away. Lindos town itself if beautiful with some gorgeous rooftop bars and restaurants so if your budget permits, would definitely recommend a few meals out of the hotel!

Please note, this is a FIRST time ever I write a review for a hotel over last 10 years of my travelling around the world

Let’s start that this is not a 5 star hotel. I would not even give 3 stars for it.

First of all I would not call this hotel all inclusive, as the food and drinks for all-inclusive are on till 11pm, and if you want any sort of different coffee during all-inclusive hours you still have to pay.

Choice of food very very minimal, not as it should be in a 5 star hotel.

Not enough Sunbeds by the pool or in the beach. If you do not get up before 8am and leave your towels on the sunbeds you will end up with nothing.

Reception never had beach towels available so we had to purchase our own ones. And receptionist would just tell us to come another day and they were not reserving these.

We were are party of 5 people and we had 3 rooms to stay, all rooms every day had a really bad smell coming from the drains or the AC.

Room key card never worked so every time we wanted to get in our room we were unable and had to go reception to reactivate the cards but even then they would not work and we would need to wait for 10mins for staff member to come and open our room and they didn`t even offer to change a room for us neither they tried to repair the door lock.

After dinner there would never be space where to sit outside by the bar, as the area had a very minimal amount of tables, so people would be sitting on sunbeds or inside.

No entertainment in the evenings.

Bar staff not treating people the same, as for some people even after 11pm they would be giving free drinks, but not for everyone.

Over all the hotel area was really small, pool areas very small. This is not a 5 star hotel.

I normally never write reviews but this stay was horrible. You would not expect to see this in a ``5star`` hotel.

Do not recommend this to anyone.

The only complaint that i have with this hotel is the selfish guests that take all the sun loungers. I must admit I didn’t raise this with staff as we just took ourselves off down the beach rather than choosing to get stressed about it. The food was ok, nothing amazing but was alright. There was food available all day, there were themed restaurants but we didn’t book into these through personal choice - we often went to local taverners for our evening meal - again through personal preference and no fault of the hotel. The cocktails were good (quite strong which is unusual in my experience!) the beer was ok although all drinks are served in paper cups during the day which was ignored after two or three drinks 😂 the room was clean and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful (I hope they know how great they are!). The hotel in general was clean apart from one toilet but the pool which was more down to guests than the hotel- they were cleaned frequently but unless they had someone stationed in there at all times there was no way they could keep them immaculate. Pool towels came at an additional charge so we purchased our own.
All in all a beautiful holiday, amazing staff a a nice hotel in an amazing location!

More a 3.5 * review (but could not do i used 4 *). We really liked the staff who was very nice and helpful (mainly the reception team). The room are spacious, the hotel is nice and location good. BUT buffet & "a la carte" restaurant quality was disappointing (not to mention the bottle of merlot wine which was bad and expensive). Some part of the hotel are closed (empty swimming pools). The path to the SPA could be clean and safety improved (some hole on the ground due to construction work was left unprotected as well as some construction "leftover package").

A few important things to know before booking your holiday. Hotel setting is lovely, I imagine it was a top hotel several years ago, however lacking somewhat now.
Biggest complaint is no air con. It is far too hot at night even in October we hardly slept all week. We were told by reception this is not available in October, despite this being listed on our booking. Although no fault of the hotel there are lots of wasps everywhere. We were also plagued by mosquitos at night, particularly in the room and bitten multiple times. The drinks were really not very nice, often far too salty (possibly the ice). The food was reasonably good although repetitive, there was lots of choice. The staff work extremely hard, but they look very miserable in their work.
The beach is lovely to look at over the balcony, however is shingle and not comfortable to walk on. The pools were nice and clean, although understandably cold for October. Plenty of sun loungers available when not in peak season, The entertainment was fair, however the Calypso bar area was in need of refurbishment. The toilet area in particular was really dirty with poor decor. There is nowhere to walk after dinner, unless you pay 10-15€ for a taxi into the main town, which is small but lovely. The beach in Lindos centre makes a great break from the hotel poolside, with beautiful clear water and soft sand. Big question would we return? Not to this hotel, however Lindos is worth another visit.

Overall a clean hotel, we really had nice food, compliments to the hard working chefs and we loved our swim up room due to all the people we met around our block.(3000)
Our room was cleaned each day.
48euros for a safety deposit box(!)
Tax playable on arrival (56euros)
Pool towels, old and thin, 10euros each, deposit returned at the end of the holiday.
We accessed the gym in the sister hotel - lovely.
I agree with other reviews definitely a 3 star not 5. Complete lack of daytime and night time entertainment, make it up as you go along water aerobics were i ended up massaging a stranger shoulders (really!) not what i do in the uk...
Very isolated hotel and a 20 euro return taxi to lindos each night to go out.
Get up early for a sunbed....
Beach is lovely and its pebbles, make sure to buy beach shoes as pebbles get extremely hot.
Definitely recommended the 30 euro boat trip.
Banana bar is worth a visit on the beach too.
On arrival book your themed restaurant, wouldn't recommend the greek one but the grill and Mediterranean was delicious.
Unfortunately I wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Rhodes is beautiful as is lindos so just look for a different hotel.
We had a lovely holiday because of what we made it and who we met.

After reading the reviews before we went I decided to ignore them and make my own mind up.
You walk into the reception wow lovely and big. Checked in and taken to our family room at 3am, room was huge with a lovely view, however the room wasn’t finished the fridge was leaking all over the floor, bathrooms had no shower screens and the ceiling was falling down. Very disappointed, I went to reception at 8am and was told to return at 10, I did and was then told to return at 11 to view another room. This room was perfect exactly what I had expected from the pictures online.
The hotel is need of a little TLC, especially when your charged 5 star resort fees on arrival.
All inclusive in the restaurant was great, food hot and lots of variety.
Pool bar served one meal - Gyros was lovely
Drinks not the best but ok
Kids pool was good and clean
Main pool toilets in need of a clean very smelly
Evening entertainment non existent really and if you did go you were bitten to death.
No other bar to go to unless you paid so when we stayed at the hotel at night twice in 7 days we used to go the Shop on site and bought drinks from there most evening and sat in the lobby.
Lindos is €13 in a taxi well worth it
Restaurants and views down there WOW

Lindos is beautiful but sadly if we return it will not be to this hotel

5star pffftt. I could show you videos of toilets overflowing, cock roaches laid dead on toilet floors x2, food is basic not even 3star, all inclusive except it really is not, you have to buy drinks or go to the miserable bar which is the only place to have watered down beer or paint stripper straights, ovbs you can get the proper stuff for 5.50 euros in the lobby bar but why am I all inclusive then. The canopies in dinning areas have holes throughout, staff are very miserable and unhelpful, entertainment is a shock. Looks dirty, no cleaning seen throughout the whole of day 1. I have actually been to better 3star hotels. Basically this hotels needs mills spent to bring it out of the 90s, photos to lure you in are when it was first built, the only good thing it has going for it is the location, and the deal breaker swim up pools in run down rooms/terraces. We are only on day1 so as you can imagine we have not hit the jackpot here but the best dive in town, I want my money back and some to even stay here, what a joke. Already looking to pay again and move its that much of a joke. All this hype for my family to end up here. Avoid avoid avoid
