This three star hotel is ideally positioned in the center of the city ..... just two minutes walk to the square surrounded by restaurants and with the market close by. There is provision for storing luggage and staff are helpful.

We spent one night here. Location was very good for the main sights and eating spots in this small city. The room itself was a bit tired with a cigarette burn on the bed spread, being one example. The bathroom was average. Not sure if the do breakfast but there were cafes next door and across the street.

The hotel is in a great location, a very short walk to the centre and the many bodegas and the staff were friendly and a good bonus, there is an underground car park. The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. I had a room on the ground floor at the back of the hotel with the window...

By Jerez standards easy to find, central, clean, efficient. Reception was friendly and helpful. My wife disliked the bed as there was some sort of plastic undersheet, and you have to be careful with the local car park charges, which can compete with the modest room rates! Great little local bar just up the road too.

Free wifi. Stayed in a lovely room with a bath. Good amnesties and a great nights sleep on our way to Morocco. Didn't really do much locally - was really just a stopping point but recommend for cleanliness and service.

Good location with taxi rank outside. Also near the main square. BUT not able to get another pillow (said they were full) but I saw lots of pillows in a store (took photo but on my new phone which I am still trying to understand!! ). My companion got reception to phone my room when I was late to meet...

This hotel is overdue for a makeover. One staff member on duty most of the time and expected to do everything so service not great. The basement car park entrance ramp has an extremely sharp turn so don't use it if you are driving anything bigger than a Mini and value your mirrors/bodywork! There is a huge underground public car...

Really surprised that this hotel is so far down the preferences list. I think it was great. Roomy and clean and well appointed. It has a great lobby and the room is spacious and with everything you could want. Close to all the features of Jerez. My wifi worked fine in the room.

Location in the center! For Feria de Jerez, airport or business - taxi stand in front of hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff - no doubt about this! Also the cleaning of the bathroom and the room in general - very good. What can the cleaning lady do if the carpet is worn out? Never had breakfast because of time...
