This was our first and last stay at an Ibis Hotel. We were so disappointed in the bathroom that we would not repeat this experience. There is no place to plug in electrical appliances such as a night light or a water pick (teeth flossing machine). The sink did not drain well (even after asking the front desk about it) and the lights weren’t working properly. The door handle was almost falling off. Would the cleaning crew not notice this and ask to have these things fixed before a guest suffers with them? The towels were thread bare. The shower was good. The room was small but adequate. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not suitable for vegans, so not for us.

We have traveled all over Europe and in particular Spain and we have wanted to visit Jerez for years. Being a sherry fan and knowing the food would be good, it has been high on our list. We chose the Ibis because they are great value, clean, dry and warm and very reliable but by far, this is the best we have stayed in. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food was good but, by far its best feature is the welcome you get from Rafael and his fantastic staff. The reception staff were hugely helpful and very knowledgeable and we really appreciated this after a long journey. Great staff providing great customer services flow from the lead taken by the manager and Rafael could not have been more gracious. He engaged with us in conversation and gave us some great advice about the city. He was also interested in us and this made us feel welcome and valued. The weather during our stay was very wet and so, to do justice to the city we will come back later in the year. We will definitely be staying at the Ibis again.

Having stayed here before I knew what to expect. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very basic. The Comfort room is a bit of an odd one with a magnifying mirror, coffee machine and a slightly better TV being the “upgrades” otherwise it’s an I is room anywhere.

We spent a night here driving late from Sevilla to the beaches of southern Cadiz. Adequate rooms, safe parking, nice welcome and restaurant open at 23:00 when we checked in! The pool was not yet open for a quick swim on 2 April. Otherwise, all perfect. Good value for money

This hotel is not at all in a scenic location as it is on a trading estate at the edge of the city. BUT the staff are efficient, friendly and speak good English. Meals are available on site (grills much better value than tapas). It is an excellent base for visiting countryside around if you have a car, as the parking is free and safe. Cadiz is within easy reach by train (hotel staff will happily get you a taxi to the station). You can walk to historic centre of Jerez in about 20-30 mins. A good, basic, no frills place to stay.

So I actually choose this one because of the free parking and the good reviews. I extended my stay not so much because of Ibis, but more so because of the restaurant closeby "Pintamona Sur", that is an undiscovered gem with excellent mexican cuisine. The chef and staff in the bar are so nice and humble and the food is cheap and oh so good. Also it is very convient that the Mercadona and Carrefour supermarket is closeby. In Ibis I liked the staff and especially how the manager treated his staff, everytime I saw him interacting with the team,he lifted their spirits. Happy to see that. I can recommend drinking an espresso there in the morning. Haven't done any breakfast. Rooms are a bit small but nothing to complain about, just a good room for that price.

All of them work together to achieve the most important thing for us.. make our customers happy!! I recommend that next time when you come for the hotel enjoy a good breakfast on the new terrace of the hotel next to the pool. Soon we will have a magnificent climate to enjoy on the terrace. Restaurant menu was always the same and the quality was poor. Some staff struggled with languages. The location is a bit out of the way and you need a taxi to reach the centre. The closest restaurant to the hotel about 10 minutes away told us they didn’t open until 10pm.

We visited Ibis Jerez after 4 lovely nights at Ibis Malaga, where we had a lovely time. The Ibis in Jerez is a mess in comparison! Dark, old fashioned reception / breakfast area, employees barely speak any english, the room was old, damp smelling with tiny wholes in the plastic curtains. During the 2 overnights we had to contact reception 2 times due to toilet and zink issues. Breakfast (which in Malaga Ibis was lovely) was very poor and wierd as every item was individual foiled-wrapped (we are talking 1 slice of cheese foiled-wrapped, 1 mini crossaint etc) onlybthe orange juice was good. You get the feeling that the employees are looking for a reasons to tell customers they are doing something wrong. The pool cannot be used before 12 o'clock!!! To sum up, we couldnt wait to get outta there and will most definitely never be back

The room was greater than the average IBIS Hotel chain room. Friendly staff. Everything very clean. The hotel meets the standards of cleaning protocols. Situaded in a industrial area. Very small pool and poll area.
