I was expecting worse for the price. Would give 3 stars for the somewhat aged rooms (I was also placed in a smoking room) however I appreciate the speed of their wifi so that alone bumped it up to 4. No shuttle to the airport - so if you don't have a rental car be sure to have cash for...

Good photos but not like the reality. Mass tourism. No atmosphere. Pool opens at 11am. Just in time to check out. No private parking as is normal in Jerez. Don't take a decent car. Run down and pricy for equivalent nearby options at same price. Not near shopping.

The photo looked real good. Big pool and modern building. Should have checked the reviews. Pool was not open till 11am by which time I had to leave. Pool was a lot smaller than photo. Mass tourism orientated hotel with tour buses and loads of people. 0 atmosphere. Run down. No chance to have breakfast. Parking on street and no...

They say wifi free but the wifi is very slow and impossible to connect in the room. Spanish hotel managers are very reluctant to upgrade their slow or non existing wifi connections and that most be rectified forthwith. If the wifi is not working or are impossible to connect we must request a full refund period. Hotels most from today...

We stayed at this hotel several years ago and decided to return, great location 10 mins walking into city centre and plenty of free parking. The rooms were good but now even nicer as just renovated. There is a lovely swimming pool but the recliners etc are dropping to bits and the pool bar doesn't open until summer which is...

I regret that I would NOT recommend the hotel to friends for a number of reasons: Although for the most part hotel staff were extremely polite, the hotel has too many limitations: 1)The superior room that I had booked for myself and my daughter appeared VERY much larger in the photo on the site than the room we were given. In...

Stayed for one night during this years fair week. Hotel is perfectly located if you wish to visit the Jerez fair..Slightly disappointed with the swimming pool & it's surroundings, the area looked very run down & in desperate need of renovation. Surprisingly the hotel offered NO cafeteria / snack bar facilities uncommon I'd say for a 4 star hotel, it...

Everything you want from a hotel, clean, nice friendly staff, decent breakfast, good size room. They have a pool out the back, I've not been in but it looks nice. And only a short walk to the centre of town. Not a bad little find.

Great if u have a car. Large hotel with big rooms and bathrooms. Hotel looks older on outside. But very modern and nice on inside. Has a bar and big lobby with lots of couches and tables to hang out. Block away there's street with several restaurants. Tapas place was great. Pizza place will deliver to hotel.

Lovely clean hotel that deserves its 4 star rating. Rooms are modern, impeccably clean and well equipped. Returning each day is like checking in for the first time as everything is restored to pristine by the cleaning staff every morning. I have stayed here many times and while not cheap is worth every penny.
