I spent only one night on my way up north, but liked the place very much. It's only a few minutes to walk from the bus stop, but a very quiet place in the night. The owners are very friendly and nice people, the room was comfortable, good breakfast included. I had a comfortable room upstairs with own toilet. Shared shower downstars. Free wifi worked perfectly. I didn't know they also have snowshoes for rental, so I might come back for several days in the winter/spring time.

I have stayed here several times and always loved it, the owners are very welcoming and friendly. Comfortable and clean rooms, very quiet, and an excellent breakfast. Cute dog outside and the village of Vuotso is a super base for exploring the surrounding area. Bringing Helsinki friends to Lapland for the first time this was a wonderful place to start. We also appreciated that there is the chance to barbecue outside at the kota, and that sauna is available on request. We also had a small kitchen in one of the rooms so that we could cook for ourselves if we wanted an evening in.

Visiting in Sompio Naturepark, Pyha-Nattanen hill. Spent a night in this lovely B&B accomondation. Everything was just awesome. Clean and cozy rooms, breakfast contains local smoked Salmon. Good curtains are good in Finnish summer when the sun doesn't set at all.

I had my best night in this hotel during my Lapland trip. The hotel is run by an elderly couple, the two are so guest friendly that one feels directly welcome and a bit like at home. I had a long and good talk with them and got great tips about what I can see around vuotson. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and finally a room with roller shutters (anyone who can't sleep well in the midnight sun will understand me). The bathroom was well equipped and like the rest of the hostel very clean. The breakfast was served with a lot of love and had a wide selection of bread, cold cuts, porridge, fried eggs , yogurt and fruits. I was totally satisfied and can only recommend it to everyone and in addition it was also not expensive.

I stayed for three nights and loved it. It was very clean & tidy. It’s right off the E75 yet very quiet. Only a half hour from Saariselkä and even closer to hire xc ski’s. The owners were so very kind and accommodating to me and their dog is so sweet. There are outlets for your car too. I highly recommended staying here...it’s like being home!

Located about 40km from Saariselka, this place is the perfect winter wonderland with its snow covered grounds and trees in quiet surrounding. The place was warm both in heart and in accommodation, cooking facilities are provided (please keep it as clean as you found it!). Jouko and Eeva provided a lot of ideas and suggestions with maps, on where you can visit and things that you can do. The bonus is that Northern Lights can be seen at the doorsteps of this B&B on good nights!

Just tens of metres behind the bus station and a really warm place in winter snow. The host couple was sooooo nice and helped a lot from our arrival till we getting on the bus return. When aurora appeared, the hostess knocked and invited us to the yard, with their athletic dog aside. There is also a small sauna room in front of the house, we´ve done there the most relaxing thing in winter!

This B&B is the perfect place for those who want to discover the wonders of Lapland and its habitants. Eva and Jouko are wonderful guests and they helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast they serve is delicious and the sauna is amazing! We also had the pleasure of lighting a fire in their hand made cabin and waited for the northenlights to apear in this perfect spot! Thank you again, Joan
