My review might be influenced by the fact that I got a really good deal (3 days for the cost of 849 krones) - but when that is said I must say I was very positive surprised by the standard of the room and hotel in general (room 116). I have stayed in many hotels around the world so I...

Large room with split level accommodation, quite interesting and made for a different experience. Very comfortable with good service and a well stocked bar! Check in and out was very easy with very courteous staff.

The hotel is 10 seconds away from Kolding station and 2 minute walk from the small centre of town. However, the actual room facilities are not up to standards with the an old (too old?) decor, a small toilet with an even smaller shower, no hairdryer in the room (you need to ask for it at reception) and other small...

Booked into this Hotel by a company we visited in Denmark. A nice old world feel to this place. Rooms in good order, nice ensuite, comfy beds. Very helpful staff , who all speak good English, as does most of Denmark. Didn't try the Restaurant, but the breakfast was a typical mixture of continental and English type Breakfast. Would consider...

A nice hotel in downtown Kolding. It has a restaurant for breakfast and there are many places to see and eat in the neighborhood. It's not fancy, in fact I would call it funky. The desk people were very helpful and spoke English fluently. I would stay there again if I was in that area.

It's suppose to be old and cozy. It's just old. Room was ok. Clean enough. Breakfast not so good. Very nice and helpful staff :) Fresh fruit in the front desk. And cake in the afternoon for free. We had a room facing the backyard. Not a pretty sight!

This hotel was better before years ago. I've been here two times. Years ago here was free coffee and cakes for guests but not anymore and even then the reception woman came and remove the cakes. The building is beautiful outside but inside very old furniture. The price may vary and not possible to get any discount at the front...

I don't know what to understand for old building and decoration. The hotel areas are nice but the rooms are a little bit smelly like old perfume and the decoration is old and the tapestry is dirty. The bathroom was new and clean. we had a room in the front façade and all the weekend was loudly.... Every hour groups...

The hotel felt really homie. I liked it. It still had the old style that I assume it has always had. The rooms made me feel like I was in another time period, 80's, 70's. That was a cool feature that I liked. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was fine, but a little crowded, the space wasn't that big...

“Don't have the room on a 4th floor to the yard. Many of them have only a tiny roof window and they are very dark. You are not able to see anything outside and almost the same would be to stay in the room with no window. Rooms are also very hot in the summer and with no proper window.”
