The staff in the hotel cannot do enough for you, as do the staff in the Restaurant. Pity that they have you waiting up to an hour for a table, when it is half empty. Clearly under staffed, which seems to happen frequently, although never had to wait on a table before. Food is reasonable. Hotel rooms are generally of...

Very friendly and courteous and accommodating. Highly recommended. Very helpful staff who pulled out all the stops to deal and assist in my queries and minor problems that I encountered during my stay to complete satisfaction.

Myself, partner, son and Parents stayed for four nights over Christmas and we could not fault the rooms, service or food. My Parents had there own room and thoroughly enjoyed themselves, They couldn't believe they had been given such a big TV and fluffy bed. We stayed Christmas eve till 27th and the price was just unbelievable, so reasonable. We...

This is the second time I've stayed here, and would still recommend it. It's generally far cheaper than staying in Liverpool and has free parking, but is only about a 25 minute drive to the city centre. I marked it down slightly this time as I was there on a night of high winds and the window of my room...

It's about the fourth time we've stayed here in the past 11 years and it was getting a bit rundown, however, it seems to have had a refurb and it's now a good standard, which you'd expect. The Beefeater adjacent is a Beefeater, has it's ups and downs but was fine and a couple of reasonable Real Ales on, which...

Good friendly reception, great breakfast,. Clean, comfortable room. Situated on edge of Industrial estate so no noisy traffic. Need own transport and sat nav to locate hotel. Had to go outside to access Beefeater restaurant not good in inclement weather. Evening meal ok but long wait to be seated even though restaurant not busy.

as most premier inns the hotel is absolutely fine. the breakfast served in adjacent pub (this one a beefeater grill) was also perfectly good with wide choice. but the dinner night before was dreadful quality as is normally so at the pubs etc accompanying premier inn.

When you go to a Premier Inn you know what to expect, with standard rooms and facilities. The beds are always great. At St Helens we got a particularly warm welcome form the night staff. WE arrived just after last orders and the Receptionist went to the bar next door, sorted us a jug of iced water and then arranged...
