Stayed one night on corporate deal. Rooms quite large. Bathroom looks like just been refurbished. Heating a little noisy. Internet keep cutting off. Bar food was fine. No problems parking. I would rate it "good" but that doesn't come up on the rating chart?

Response from Clare S, Manager at Holiday Inn East Kilbride
Responded 2 weeks ago
Hi Lex J, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I am sorry to hear you received a parking fine during your stay, I can absolutely understand how that could put a dampener on your experience. Have you gotten in touch with us directly at the hotel to take care of that for you yet? If not, please email me directly on eventsops1@hieastkilbride.com with your car registration, the reference number from the Parking Eye letter and the name and date of booking and I'd be happy to take care of it for you. I am really sorry the Parking Eye system caused you inconvenience. We have it purely to ensure parking spaces remain available for guests and patrons, rather than an overflow for local business or a Park-and-Ride into Glasgow! We are certainly not out to upset and inconvenience genuine hotel users, however, and are always more than happy to help. I hope you had an otherwise pleasant stay. Kind Regards, Clare Sheppard F&B Operations Manager

Stayed here for two nights, stay was comfortable, rooms were clean and tidy.

Food at the hotel was really nice, the chefs specials were welcomed as a change from the normal menus along with a good choice for breakfast.

Staff were friendly.

Would defiantly use this hotel again.

How far is Pot’s still from the hotel and is there transport available?
Hi, if it's the Pot Still in Glasgow your refer ing to then it's about 9 miles away from the hotel. The transport links are very good. You can get a bus right outside the hotel or you can catch a train. The train station is about 30min walk or 10min by car from the hotel. I would recommend the train as the bus will take the long route through the town before getting to Glasgow city centre. If there are a group of you heading in then a taxi is also an option, if you split the fare it will roughly work out the price of a train ticket anyway. Hope this helps.

What is the menu for all inclusive?
Sorry, I don't know because I was nor shown it. All inclusive has a limit if £18.00 and I could not find anything on the menu I was given that would only cost that much. I suggest you ask the hotel what it is and ask them to put it on line.
