Negatives out of the way first- We had booked a one bedroom apartment but were given a studio (room 805) therefore no kitchen facilities, tea or coffee making or fridge- we were staying all inclusive but always try to have something available in the room in case we sleep in and miss breakfast. We didn't raise this with the hotel...

was in this hotel on the 8th may , the hotel at the moment is going through a refurbishment we booked self catering but was told when arriving there was no self catering and was upgraded to half board which was ok meals where not that good and just warm and no more but i always found something to eat...

If you are worried about booking here after reading the reviews, I wouldn't worry unless you are a very picky person!! If you are just looking for a decent place to stay then its absolutely fine! I would stay here again as I am not picky, but to me there really were no problems! The room was nice and spacious...

In terms of food and the room, you get what you pay for - its okay if you're not too fussy. Drinks choices are good for all inclusive, especially the price you pay to upgrade to all inc. Bar staff such as Soloman and Victor are lovely, restaurant staff are quite grumpy, and the reception staff (Dalila being one) are...

Just ignore all the bad things said about this Hotel, it was great, food was good plenty of choice. Drinks were nice, staff was nice Example soloman, victor, Chuck and Albert loved them all! was very clean everywhere, cleaners came in every day. Everything you need this hotel has, noise wasn't to bad considering your right next to St Julians...

after reading the reviews i was a bit worried about the hotel...we stayed a week the room was cleaned every day the beds changed twice ( 05/05/2016) the food was ok lots of choice and im quite fussy about what i eat and i found something every day , two pools one near the bar and one the other side,...

went 2 weeks ago very relaxed and our room was very clean nice staff and good food .Yes you can hear night clubs you expect that from the location where you are you cant fault the public transport and best off all a big THANK YOU TO ALBERT AND MICH THANKS FOR A PLEASANT STAY TROY

recently reopened after a make over, only 100 rooms at the moment but more to open soon, rooms clean, tidy, fresh, and comfortable clean linen twice a week, and towels daily if required. big hotel when fully opened, 4 pools, 2 little ones and 2 medium sized, cleaned every day. food ok, nothing great but plentiful, full English breakfast, cereals,...

Stayed there for 5 days, from 23 to 28 april, and was totally satisfied. Great hotel, perfect view from the 8th floor, very friendly and professional staff, no noise at all from the nearby bars. I was there with my wife and four kids, who mostly enjoyed the swimming pool which was very clean, too. Spacious rooms, clean and sunny...
