Overall I constantly travel for work and am in hotels 3-4 nights a week clocking up over 150 room nights last year. I travelled to Monaco for vacation and spent 10 nights here. The hotel is not in central Monaco but in Fontville next to the Football stadium. The rates here are around £350 per night and that is for...

Dear Iain F, Thank you for sharing your experience at our hotel with other travelers, for sure this is very useful especially since you spent a 10 nights vacation at our property and, being a frequent traveler, used to spend 3-4 nights a week in hotels. Sea view rooms are indeed guarantied against a small extra fee and it is...

The personal attention at this hotel was off the charts! From the moment we arrived (at the wrong train station-should have got off in Monaco/not Cap D'ail) we were picked up by the most charming shuttle driver, Jon Reeves, and taken to the hotel...The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and the room overlooked the boats in the port harbor...

Be assured that I shared your comments with them and they were very happy for the recognition. Since you regret you didn't stay longer, we hope to welcome you back soon on board ... and why not for...

Booked a double room - arrived late evening - Mountain View Room. No bell stand service provided, after self parking (N.B. No vehicles over 1.90M) - had to drag 3 large suitcases down 2 sets of steps to the reception - no elevator - making a lot of noise - receptionist ironically asked if we want some help with luggage...

Dear BatmansNr2, thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectation and our usual level of service. The best option to load and unload the luggage is to drive in front of the hotel where our bellboys assist, afterwards you can drive the car into the garage. Our mountainview rooms are 24 sqm...

Having spent 150 nights in Marriott's this year and over 500 total I have become accustomed to a high standard. Looking forward to a break with my partner I was disappointed with this hotel, its not 5 star. Rooms a bit old and small even with a sea view, pool very small, breakfast was chaotic one morning, lack of staff...

Stayed here for the Monaco Grand Prix. You can hear the race from the hotel! It's quite a walk to the track though. Hotel is huge and luxury, comes with free slippers! Free wifi is only in reception and was sometimes very slow. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfy. Walking distance to many sweet spots in...

The hotel is amazing and worth every penny. We met the most amazing and friendliest Assistant Manager "Johanna Fehle" and "Jon" who were very nice and helpful in arranging the best experience for us with very short notice. We had an advance purchase rate of $249 per night for a mountain view, which technically means a view of a huge soccer field and low income housing. Our destination was Monte Carlo, but let's face it, the rates in Monte Carlo are triple this price per night. This hotel is technically in France, across the street is the border...
