Went to the Marriott for Sunday carvery. We are a family 2 adults, 1 four year old and one baby. We booked a table, when we arrived it was all very vague! I asked if there was a vegetarian option, I was advised there wasn't! I decided to have just the veg from the carvery! Before i had finished talking...

Booked Saturday afternoon for Saturday evening and trouble getting a suite. Cost £178 in Dinner. Asked for a quiet room and got one, room 247. Room nice size but very dated and way below our reasonable expectations. TVs small, furniture chipped and scuffed and very dated, old mini fridge with nothing in it at all, carpet soiled in places and...

business meeting Monday morning. so this hotel was situated fairly close to M25. This was ideal. Stayed at this hotel approx 8 years ago. Rooms are now showing their age. Cracked bathroom tiles. No heating in bathroom. Main bedroom heater did not work. Dated, considering prices for mid week stays. No tea or coffee making facilities.

Spent a weekend here with the family. Nice quiet hotel located near the M25 motorway in Cheshunt. Nothing fantastic, just the same as you'd expect at an out of town small hotel. The food is a bit pricey though considering the hotels location, but it was good. They have a sunday roast buffet which is pretty interesting, though they are...

We stayed here overnight for a party locally. The reception staff were excellent booking a cab for us to pick us up, explaining all about the hotel and very wellcoming. The room was a good size and the bed was lovely and big, comfortable as well. There was a wedding going on in the hotel but there was no noise...

Nice hotel. Breakfast was very good! We had a family suite which is the best they can offer. I felt the hotel had a bit more potential than it can offer now. Can do with a bit of nice furniture. Overall was satisfactory though

Was much warmer and welcoming then the Waltham Abbey down the road. Staff helpful. Pool and Spa nice however staff failed to explain you need special card to access and expires daily. Changing rooms opposite pool but easy to miss. Breakfast very nice and good family value. Everything else really nice.

We held a business meeting in a tired looking environment, was given average service and served the worst curry that I have ever eaten. There were no barriers (like Hilton Hotels) or any signs about parking that I could see, nevertheless, our visit was topped off by a £100 charge for 'parking'.

Thank you for your comments and feedback on trip advisor. I was disappointed to read that you had a challenge with the food . I would like to assure you that this is not in line with our normal high standards of service. I have personally investigated this matter with the Executive Head Chef and can confirm that this matter...

This is a great hotel with large rooms & a very comfortable bed. There is a large desk in each room that is perfect for finishing that report you need in the morning! The restaurant serves a good selection of food, though the salt & pepper squid is a little bland!

I stayed here for two nights attending a business conference being held in the same hotel. Staff were really excellent as was the food...breakfast, restaurant and event dinner. Food took a little while to arrive, but it was all freshly cooked and piping hot, so I'm certainly not complaining! The reason for the average rating is the noise I'm afraid....
