Have visited during the day. We have missed the sign for the main entrance to reach the reception, so we entered from the back side to buy the tickets, and the receptionist got really angry (not really a pleasant experience). After 5 minutes she was smiling again. Other than that, it is a unique place, the ice sculptures are pure...

A little visit to the ice igloo, not sure if £20 a head is good value though! A drink in the ice bar is an extra £10 a head this was included in the price at the one in Sweden. The igloo bedrooms are very small, not sure I could endure a night in such extreme cold conditions only for...

A short visit with a drink, you get a quick talk them left to wander around at your leisure, some nice ice sculptures with a ice age theme, lot of work gone in to them, for me nice to visit but would not want to stay for a night.

Visited March 17 on a Saga cruise. Brilliant idea, faultlessly executed. Just BEAUTIFUL inside. Being in my 70s, wouldn't have been tempted to overnight there, but if younger, then heck; why not? A once-in-a-lifetime experience. I was happy to enjoy my cocktail in an ice glass at the ice bar and just wonder at the blueness enveloping me. If planning...

Outside pretty nondescript..... inside a unique ice palace. Very interesting place, articulate guide with perfect English. Not sure I'd want to stay overnight but this a 'must see' place, in Spring it melts to be rebuilt the next year by a dedicated team

A great place to visit. We went as part pf our Northern Lights cruise on P & O ship Oriana. What a great hotel and bar. A "warm" welcome from the staff with a short talk about the history of the hotel, then in you go. Bedrooms, a church and a bar all made of ice. Wonderful building. and its...

We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to visit as part of a trip to see the Northern Lights. From the outside it does not look anything special but when you get inside it is amazing!. The hotel is built every year and it is themed - this year it was prehistoric Norway. Fabulous construction and very creative ice...

We visited the Igloo hotel on a shore excursion from the P&O ship Oriana at the beginning of March. We had a short talk outside, on when this hotel was built which was November 16. It opens in time for Christmas and stays open until early April when it starts to melt. What a fabulous place. We entered through a...

We had the opportunity to visit this beautiful snow/ice hotel as an shore excursion when on a cruise with CMV. From the outside it was just an igloo entrance but when you stepped inside it opened up,into this amazing ice hotel. Absolutely stunning with themed ice carvings coloured with different lighting colours. Everything had been hand carved including beds, chairs,...

Went on a visit there today. Wow -14 outside -4 inside. Great ice carvings. The ice bedrooms and suites look fantastic but if you need the toilet you have to go to the main hotel. The ice chapel is very beautiful and can be used for weddings Dec to Mar. The ice bar inside is cool with a free drink...
